五一選擇了來邯鄲旅行，其實景點哪裡也沒去因為看地圖太堵了，去京娘湖什麼的路上全是大貨車，果斷在酒店睡了兩天，視野很好，酒店的送餐服務太好了，而且價格合適，特別喜歡吃驢肉捲餅，這兩天吃了近20個捲餅，酒店停車也很方便，樓下就是超市，服務人員訓練有素，有要求馬上就能滿足了，不滿意的是退房的速度，查房等了好久。

衞生：乾淨整潔，退房打掃快，入住方便。
環境：四周商街，中間地段好，四通八達。

周邊在修路，酒店也比較老舊。放一大堆可消費品然後收按金的行為就很討厭。空調也壞了

應該是最後一次入住了吧。入住登記等了有段時間沒人管，不清楚一樓大廳是不是無煙廳，多人抽煙無人問津，服務、早餐和房間設施離五星差距有點遠。另外沒消費也扣費，雖然金額很小，但你怎麼不扣吹風機的消失費呢，住了四天也沒看到吹風機藏在哪裡

在攜程上找了當地唯一的五星級酒店，無語了！房間有很大的發黴的味道，房間設施老舊破，椅子上都是污垢。唯一可以點讚的是服務人員比較熱情負責，門口的停車場整晚都有人看守

地漏味道較大，淋浴下面就是浴缸，也就是説洗澡的時候必須站在浴缸裏。床品很不錯，但不如照片拍的那樣好。早餐種類也比較少，添加也不是特別及時。特意從長治開過來，在峯峯礦區和武安之間，最終選了遠一點的武安中轉，結果遺憾卻是此行5家酒店中最差的一家。ps前台服務很到位，值得表揚。
