Completely overrun, standing for hours at the reception, rooms are only available in the evening, no parking in the parking house is available for guests ( is used as a public parking house). So who wants to stay here at Christmas time should look for a quieter hotel. €30 more is worth it in any case. Unfortunately mass dealing . The rooms are clean and ordened and the staff will try their best. Ps. Who books Trip.com should be careful that the booking settings do not change during the booking process. The price changes and you are there without breakfast. After two attempts, we had decided to book breakfast on site, price was still acceptable.

The unpleasant surprise was that for a guaranteed place on the parking, it turns out, it was necessary to call the oil in advance on the receptacle and order this place for your car ... without this place my car there was not found. Uy ... Everything else is at a good level. It is quite comfortable for rest.

We were given a printed lengthy list of the rules of the place. .....no parties in room etc. this was a first for us and very offputting! Dikul is not a hotel! There is no room service, no fresh towels, no maintenance of soap levels etc. no room cleaning. It can be arranged for a separate payment! We booked breakfast for the four nights that we were there. When we arrived we were told that breakfast was 10 minutes away in the Hotel Jazz. We normally like to return to our room after breakfast to clean teeth, dress warmly etc. so we were not crazy about this. However, on day one we headed to the Jazz hotel to a very basic breakfast. That evening we returned the remaining three dockets to reception and asked that we be refunded for the following three breakfasts. I also emailed my request to the ‘hotel’. The man at reception Said that he was unable to do this but if we called to reception in the morning the person ‘in charge’ could sort it. We returned and spoke to a very sweet girl who was out of her depth with our request but said she would speak to her manager. We returned twice next day but again were told that the manager was dealing with it. The day we checked out we were told that this person was on holidays!! There has still been no reply to my email!!! We would not return to this hotel and would actively discourage others from staying here!!

Nice hotel . Great.position. Nice rooms . Clean. Only spoiled by top offparking charge which check in did not warn us about. This may have been due to stress over horrendous building site mouse in hotel. But l did ask about parking and staff were vague about the cost. We got abadty shock as cost per day was almost the same as the room. Wyndham have no customer service for Europe so my attempts to contact them failed.

Spent three nights here on a recent business trip to Poland. The hotel is really well situated for a short walk into the city centre yet just far enough out for it not to be noisy at night. The breakfast does not have a huge choice on the buffet but you can order extras from the menu. Rooms are incredibly spacious and the bathroom is clean and modern. I had a corner bath, not sure if all rooms are the same. Decent value for money and the staff speak good English (better than my limited Polish) Would definitely recommend

My stay at the hotel was average. The rooms were decent, but there was nothing particularly remarkable about the accommodations. The staff was friendly enough, though the service lacked some personal touch. Amenities were basic, and the overall atmosphere was just okay. While it fulfilled the basic needs for a short stay, it didn't leave a lasting impression.

With myself arriving on a late evening flight in Wroclaw and taking a train at 6am the next morning elsewhere, since I was only going to be in the hotel for a maximum of about 6 hours, all I needed was a shower, bed and sleep and then leave and therefore I chose this hotel as it appeared to tick those boxes at a good rate. When I arrived at around 11pm the person on reception was so-so, not unpleasant but not friendly either. However what struck me was that despite purchasing the rooms from the hotel's own website, I needed to fill in a long form with all my personal details such as name, address, telephone number, email address etc that they should already have had. Also the lights were really low in the reception so it was impossible to read the form easily so I had to use my phone as a light. I arrived in my room and it looked spartan but fine. The bed was a little bit low to the ground but was fine to sleep in. The aircon made a lot of noise without really doing anything and opening the windows wasn't really possible as there was a tram line outside which would have meant a lot of noise pollution. Shower was a very small corner one, the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. barely room to move in it between the controls and the corner door, let alone shower yourself properly. This might be good for kids but not for adults. Water pressure was okay though. Would I stay again? If the rate was much cheaper than anything else and I simply needed a place to rest for a few hours yes, but if I could find something else in the same price range or needed to stay for anything else than straight to shower and sleep and nothing else, no.

Hotel in good, pleasant location. Easy way to check in. Fully meets basic expectations. Good quality ratio to price. I'll definitely book again in the future.

The hotel is not 5 star luxury - but with 1 star rating it has 3 stars facilities. It has everything that hotel should provide - comfy bad, working, spacious shower, toilet in the room. Cable TV with Canal Plus and great movies - that I didn’t have in 5 stars hotels. Plus you can see that someone is thinking about the visitors needs. No socket nearby - you can rent extender in the reception. No dryer - reception can rent you one. Fancy a coffee? For 4 zloty you can get it from express anytime you want. Beer? 24/7 downstairs in the vending machine. Very close to the city centre - even faster using tram or bus instead of a car (we tried both ways). Facilities for the children, parking space, park with small lake just behind the hotel. We got more than we could expect for this price. Highly recommend - if you are not a posh knob who needs marbles and golden cutlery. Didn’t check breakfast - but it looks ok too.

5 out of 5 - everything when and where we needed it. Great food. Big Family Rooms. Super helpful and friendly staff. Parking on&off site. Perfect location for someone just passing through Wrocław. Free Wi-Fi with very good commection all over the hotel.
