Rooms did not overlook the beach - it was a street view but the beach was a short walk. Kitchen was fine for the purposes of this trip - we did not do any cooking. All rooms were clean and comfy

Great Vacation! This home was great for a family of 5 - plenty of sleeping/bathroom space and a great common room/kitchen area. Everyone was very comfortable and the place was well decorated and clean. The location was great - 1 block off the beach and an easy walk to a few restaurants/shops.
