3rd time here and we are still not disappointed. Beautiful hotel Nelson’s bar the food was amazing

Lovely relaxing place great spa and food was outstanding will be returning very soon

We stayed here for one night visiting relatives locally. We know the hotel from a family wedding and Sunday carvery on other visits to family. We did not have time to use the lovely spa facilities this time, but have in the past. The decor of the hotel is beautiful, as are the rooms and dacilities provided. We ate dinner, as a family, one night and the food and service were excellent. Breakfast the next morning was extensive and the service was friendly and efficient. All in all a lovely stay.

Staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly. The room was lovely. This is our 4th stay at this hotel and we would definitely return.

Excellent stay for one night. Clean and large room with modern but classic feel. Air con in the room worked well on the warm weekend we were there. We were able to use the pool and gardens, and the food in the Nelson's restaurant was great. A little bit pricey food wise, but other than that it was a great stay. Would love to stay again!

Set very near the Welsh border it is ideally situated for exploring Chester, the Wirral, Liverpool and also North Wales. A beautiful Hotel set in well landscaped gardens in the little Village of Pulford. The Hotel Caters for all, amazing Staff, Facilities and the Palm Court Restaurant is perfect. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Will definitely go again.

Good leisure facilities, friendly staff. Hall and comnon area carpets need a serious deep clean.

Room was cosy and newly updated. Can plug your phone beside the bed you can sit at the vanity and plug in while you style and do your make up. A regular beer I have with hotels generally. Lovely breakfast. Fab if you’re like me who likes to eat low fat yogurts fresh fruit and juice with lemon etc. just very nice and fresh. Bar was lovely too in the evening. To boot the spa. Loved our stay

Great hotel, stayed in a spiral room which was very comfortable. Some nice touches in room including great choice of tea/ coffee and some sweets to munch on. Spa really good and not so busy. We ate in the palm restaurant and had carvery which was amazing and reasonably priced. Free car parking although very busy on the Sunday due to wedding and Sunday roast guests. We will be back as staff were amazing and overall experience was superb.

Wasn’t able to have original room allocated as was not ready on arrival. Room they gave us was in the loft so you had to be careful in the toilet not banging your head and the when getting up from the bed! That is the only negative! Staff very friendly/helpful!

We found hotel to be excellent in all areas, food, friendliness of the staff and the quality of the room. We've used this hotel and spa facilities a number of times now and every time we come away with a wow factor. Would definitely recommend and we will continue to use again .

Great night to celebrate a good friends 60th, 3 course meal, Live band 80s and brilliant company. One night stay, hotel room adorable. Would recommend to anyone.
