"Worst service ever. 😕 We were denied entry to the room we already paid for two nights because the hotel claimed we didn’t complete their online check-in. They said they sent three emails, but all were through the Trip.com app chat, not to my personal email. When we arrived at 4:45 pm, they said reception was already closed. Check-in was only allowed from 2 pm and will be closed at 4 pm on that day, which means we had just two hours to check in. That is ridiculous. If the hotel only gives guests two hours to check in, they should call or message us directly, or update the check-in policy clearly on Trip.com. Hiding it in app emails is misleading. Nothing in those emails said we would be completely refused entry if we didn’t fill in their form. Calling us was the best way to communicate not just sending some email in chat box of trip.com application. The staff talked to us like it was all our fault. They didn’t try to help or give any way to get the key. They could have easily provided self check-in, left the key in a locker, or found another solution. I’ve stayed in more than 50 hotels and never been treated like this anywhere. They refused to refund us and didn’t offer any help at all. So we lost our 388 aud for nothing and no sincere apology. But thank u for trip.com that they tried their best to talked with the manager to give us a cancellation refund and got refused many times by the hotel. 🥲 Do not book this hotel. Terrible service, rude attitude, and zero responsibility."

"The location is near CBD Brisbane. The unit I stay is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with kitchen. The kitchen is good and equipped with all the cooking utensils. As compared with another apartment managed by CLLIX, the washing and drying machine is not as good as the others. The clothes were not completely dry for wearing. The toilet is a bit small and one for a family of 4 is not so convenient. The wall tiles are not so cleaned. The carpets are a bit old and seemed not very clean. However, it is a comfortable stay overall with reference to the cost. I think the unit at higher level will be better with a good view as our unit is facing the apartment next door."

"There was visible mold on a painting in the room and a noticeable accumulation of dust throughout the space. the washing machine malfunctioned and failed to complete its cycle, leaving our clothes soaking wet and trapped inside the machine for over 20 hours. When a staff member attended the next day, the machine was simply set to a drying cycle; however, the clothes remained fully saturated and never dried. We were forced to leave with wet clothing. Because the clothes were left soaking for such an extended period, colours bled and permanently stained several items. This has never occurred during normal wash cycles when a machine is functioning correctly. We paid for a studio accommodation, and this experience was far below what was advertised and paid for. In addition, parking instructions were not provided prior to arrival. We had to contact the hotel ourselves, resulting in about 40 minutes spent walking around attempting to locate parking. This was difficult as we were using eSIMs and were unable to make local phone calls. when removing the sheets in the morning we found that the undersheet was stained with blood and other substances. Despite raising all of these issues and having photographic evidence, the hotel refused to offer any form of refund or compensation."

"Nice, clean and spacious room with in-room entertainment, free WIFI, cooking utensils etc. Totally loved my stay at Quest Woolloongabba. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel has a nice little cute Mr Alpaca cafe beneath it that serves really good coffee and pancakes. The hotel is also within walking distance to 1. Bus stop that brings you to the city centre 2. South Square where there are pharmacy, supermarkets and restaurants such as TikTok viral Sue’s Burgers and Shakes If you love to take long walks or strolls, from Quest Woolloongabba, you could also get to other cafes like Brown Dog Cafe or Paw Paw Cafe which serves really good coffee and food."

"Extremely disappointing and unprofessional not to honour contracts with guests. If you mess up the booking systems, contact the guest directly by phone and offer suitable, comparable alternatives but don’t use the cowards way to send an email in the morning of the stay that you have cancelled the booking. If the guest does that, you charge the guest the night/stay. So where is my compensation as I had to find more expensive accommodation with more driving. Never again an option when I have to stay in Brisbane."
