The Hotel is not in the city center it is a 10 minutes walk away from a metro station where you can get in 30 minutes to the center. The hotel staff was not very helpful and very slow. The check in took us 45 minutes. They told us that our room would be ready at 15:00 however when we arrived there at 15:30 they told us that the room was not ready yet. At 16:00 we got the room keys but the friendly cleaning lady was not ready yet so we had to wait for 30 minutes in the floor. The room had a living and a sleeping room! It had all amanities of a 5 star hotel. The bed was very big. The shower was huge and very good but you couldn’t lock the bathroom door and it couldn’t close totally which is A BIG NO GO! There was a lot of storage space and a comfy seating area with a big sofa. The courtains were very dark and good. The room had a big balcony with view to a parking. The hotel was located in a VERY UGLY industry zone. The hotel had a covered parking and a parking space outside. There was a small bar in the hotel top and a restaurant. The restaurant was expensive and the service was slow and bad. The pool, fittness and spa were very beautiful and good. I WOULDNT RECOMMAND THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO VISIT THE CITY AND IN MY OPINION IT’S NOT WORTH IT’S PRICE AND 5 STARS

A nice hotel, friendly personal and clean. Sadly the breakfast times were absolutely confusing. The breakfast time we were told, was written next to the lift and in the room - all are different. The worst breakfast was always never prepared on time so it was difficult to plan you sightseeing/business day proper or you’ve to leave without breakfast.

I stayed in Brussels for business and the hotel was located 8 minutes walking distance form my venue. the single room I stayed at was a very tiny one where I could hardly place my travel suitcase. Breakfast was basic, however the coffee was fresh and delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Actually, it's a hotel with basic services in place, for me as I only slept in the hotel, that was fine, but I would find it not comfortable if I had to stay longer hours, due to limited room space.

I stayed here with colleagues 3 times in 8 days. The first visit I was greeted by a most friendly, understanding, humorous and friendly man who could not have made the process any better. The second visit the man hadn't a smile or any warmth in his greeting. The third time possibly due to my colleague and I trying to discuss that we didn't like having to run the gauntlet of smokers outside the only entrance and it being enclosed on 3 sides we were met with distain, sarcasm, sideways looks between colleagues and frank rudeness. There was no attempt to even try to apologise, quiet the opposite in fact being told that ”it's outside so doesn't matter!” Customer service needs attention. Rooms clean, needs comfy, breakfast adequate. Restaurant available in the next door Ibis standard hotel. Staff here very pleasant. Food below average. Position was great for our needs. Plenty of car parking. Pay at reception for parking of you require a receipt otherwise the barrier doesn't give you one and you have to go back to reception to request one to be emailed to you.

Amazing, could fault any aspect of the hotel. Great staff, surprisingly good food, amazing waiter on Monday night. Well done Apsiria.

The budget hotel is the most for a night. From the downsides, it is heard when trams are riding, but after 11 p.m. they stop. And a heavily shattered furniture, but the bed was so soft that the rest didn't matter. Breakfast for money, coffee apparatus for money too is worth.

Great hotel, very clean, lovely staff and easy access to the center of Brussels, takes around 15/20 min by bus. Amazing people from the front desk to housekeeping a special thank you to Alina and Ali at front desk that always welcome me with the sweetest intentions such as fruit baskets and refreshments after a very long flight and always accomodate my needs! and Hind and Mimi from housekeeping they are sweet and care about the comfort of the guest very much. The hotel location is very good and the transportation is convenient. The restaurant serves dinner and breakfast and is very hearty. The rooms are large and the facilities are new and very comfortable. Front desk waiter service was also very good

Stayed here 2 nights with family of 4. The hotel is modern, clean and spacious. Food (ex. Pizza) and beverages are available in the lobby any time of the day. This hotel is roughly a 30 min drive from the Gare du Nord. Pros: - Around 5-10 min walk to the nearest train station and another 10-15min train ride to the city (2.10 euro for a single ticket) - Laundry room (with iron) and gym located on 2nd floor - Beds and pillow are luxuriously comfortable. Very impressed with the high quality of the rooms and the great customer service - Carrefour grocery market 1 min walk Uber is very cheap in this city compared to other EU countries. Please note this hotel is situated right beside (or is connected) to a hospital. This means taxis are available all day long but sirens will be heard throughout your stay. Overall, I recommend this hotel to those visiting the area. I however, will stay in a hotel in the city of Brussels next time around.
