The staff are excellent—friendly, professional, and welcoming. I really appreciated the birthday cake in the room, such a thoughtful surprise. The bed was very comfortable and made for a good sleep. That said, some areas of the hotel could use a refresh; the amenities feel dated, the conditioner was nearly empty, and the sauna wasn’t as hot as expected. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special

Service was great, Danyl was super helpful! The room is outdated, showing its age. We will probably skip this property in the future until a big renovation is happening. Parking can be problematic, they recommend valet which adds to the cost. The exit gate was frozen and didn’t work as well as we need to.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent. The hotel offers almost all the amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay, and the in-room service was consistently good throughout.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

My room was next to the elevator and it was loud.
