Hyatt House Charlotte/Rea Farms

Excellent experience! The property was very clean, the staff was engaging and attentive to our needs. Very pleasant stay!

Well designed and cared for. Nice complimentary breakfast. Appealing decor, comfortable bed and guest seating. Room was a bit confined with a king bed.

I'm unsure if our stay was the perfect storm, but it was disappointing. Friday night, there was a giant cockroach in our bathroom. The following day, we showed it to the Front Desk person and were met with indifference. Maid service never came the 1st two days. We asked the Front Desk person, and they said we weren't on the list for cleaning. We were added to the list, but the maid knocked on the door at 3:15 as we were getting ready for Christmas Eve dinner. On Tuesday, I had to do a wash, but the washer and dryer on-site only took quarters. I went to the front desk for quarters, and the desk person said they didn't have any, but she said her manager would be coming in later and may pick some up. I went upstairs for a few hours, stopped by the desk, and still had no quarters. I then went to Harris Teeters, got some quarters, and went back to the laundry room to do my wash. I put four quarters in the machine to buy laundry detergent, pushed the quarters in, and nothing came out. I had to return to the front desk, and the person there gave me a detergent box. It was one inconvenience after another, and the nonreaction to the cockroach was concerning. It's a nice hotel close to shopping and restaurants, but this stay was a big disappointment.

Nice clean large spacious suites. The family was very impressed with the amenities as well. Will definitely stay here again next time we are back in town.

This hotel was above expectations. Quiet, clean, well appointed, crisp and clean decor...etc. The breakfast was clean and well presented- tasty and warm. Nothing cold (that should be hot) or stale! Will look forward to making this our go to place when we need to see family!

We had a very comfortable stay at the Hyatt House. It was clean and pleasant. It was also in a very convenient area for us. When we come again to visit our family we will choose the Hyatt House.

The stay was nice and uneventful. The fire pit was a nice feature. The facilities were well maintained.

I had a fantastic experience and I look forward to coming again! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

We loved the location, great stores and restaurants within walking distance. Hotel was new, modern and super clean. Great place!
