Excellent, very clean facilities. Service was fantastic. Staff were helpful and friendly. Staff works really hard, despite of renovations going on, the place is accommodating. 3star hotel, you get what you ⁹

Not enjoyable at all !! Whole place was pretty dismal and then we went in the room. Stayed in Ibis a cpl times before nothing like this. Stains all over the place. Bathroom: Stains on walls adjacent to basin. Floor stains mainly around toilet. Bed head loose, fridge humming all night. Floors dusty and dirty. Glad we were out all day, got back late, slept, got up and left.. Worse thing is booked it for July REALLY need to speak to someone re changing our booking please. DO NOT WANT TO STAY THERE AGAIN !!!!!

It may have been because they didn't speak much English, but check-in took a really long time. Several other groups besides us had trouble checking in. When we finally finished checking in and entered our room, the lock was broken so it wouldn't lock, and there was still water in the kettle, which was disappointing. There was no conditioner, toothbrushes, towels, etc. provided.

The room is small, and the self-service time is late, which is a bit inconvenient. It is better to check in earlier.

The hotel had just switched operations from ibis. After payment was confirmed, I received a call asking for payment before being given the check-in password (because the room door requires a password for check-in). It took some time to resolve it through trip.com customer service. I was worried that there would be problems with my check-in because I found out that ibis was closed and I asked customer service to confirm twice, but there were still minor problems that day.

Although I knew it was a budget hotel, the cleanliness in the room really needed to be improved. I found a lot of hair on the sheets and some yellow stuff like boogers... I was really brave. I had to use a towel to cover the bed. In addition, I think a fan should be added. I personally think it is the most basic hotel equipment. If it is provided in the room, it should be borrowed from a public place. 😵💫My head is wet.

It is a no contact check in hotel where you will not find anybody if you are going little early also you need to wait outside unless you have a code already received in your email or sms, no food available within the hotel premises apart from a vending machine where you get some drinks, opposite to the hotel there is a coles and mcdonalds but it will take 5-10 mins just to cross the road.

The location near from airport, so we can rest after arrive late night. The room is clean and simple, there is queen in my room, bathroom clean also. In front of hotel, there is Mcdonalds restaurant open 24 hours, so when we arrive at 1 am, we can go walking for eat. Because budget hotel, this hotel have no lift, so you should going up bring your luggage with stairs. In the morning, their ready mini breakfast and this enough for us to continue the journey for travelling.

Filthy and run down old place, obviously an old youth hostel. Room much smaller than the pictures let on, thick dust found on the fridge, on the bed railings, the small shelf above the small coat rack and top of the window frame. Cleaners binned a brand new can of deoderant when they came to clean the room (and by “cleaned” I mean no dust was removed, no new sheets, only towels, not even toilet paper, which we were exceptionally low on). Tiniest and most claustrophobic bathroom, with the tiniest corner for a shower with a filthy curtain that sticks to you because the space is so small you can’t avoid it. Most times you turn around in the shower, you bash your elbow on the temperature controls and the smallest micro turn of the valves results in you experiencing either 0° or the 3rd degree. Smells like sewerage whenever you turn the shower on, drain just smells so bad it makes you gag. Shower floods the bathroom floor. Found mould all over the inside of the vents for the A/C unit (even in the second room we were moved to). Upon arrival, was provided with neither a TV remote nor a remote for the A/C. Had to chase them down for spare remotes, which they had to go and find batteries for. TV remote rarely actually worked. Key cards for the rooms seem to work intermittently. On the third afternoon there, we had a member of management come around and accuse us of “screaming”, which was weird because we had only just got back in from the Brisbane Truck Show and were exhausted and just laying in bed. Made us feel like criminals. Paid for included breakfast and all you get is three different cereals, some toast and juice. Only did this on the first morning, went other places after this. Absolutely not worth paying for. On the subject of food/drinks, the fridge in the room was also set too low, so it froze all our drinks, resulting in one leaking all over the fridge. Foot of bed came off and obliterated the composite base beyond repair when I sat on the edge on the fourth night of stay. Got looks from the staff like I was some sort of lowlife vandal. I will not be held liable for that, especially since it jarred my neck from the drop. At least they moved us to another room. Considering I paid just a touch under $1,000 for 6 nights here, it basically felt like a prison in terms of the tiny room layout plus certain staff’s attitudes (not all, granted), it is stupidly overpriced, horribly uncomfortable and unsanitary. Avoid at all costs. Go somewhere else, especially for such insane money. I can find many, many similar reviews with the same issues regarding the unsanitary nature going back years, despite the apparent change in general manager some years ago and the promises of change, the same old low standard still applies, it seems.
