There should be more areas to dispose of trash. We had a very hard time finding trash cans. We were also under the impression breakfast was included in our stay but unfortunately it was not.

The property was great but the waterslide in the kids area was out of service and that was one of the reasons we booked this particular hotel.

The reason I booked this hotel for New Years Eve was mostly because of the restaurant. We wanted to stay in one place and not have to leave for dinner. I even called three days before arriving to inquire about the restaurant and if we needed reservations. I was told with only 2 people we will be fine. When we arrived we then found out the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner or breakfast the following morning. Supposed to have a “box” breakfast. Wasn’t asked about this when we went to the front desk. Just very disappointed. Also booked this hotel because it is a Hilton. Not what I expected from a Hilton.

Great location for 1 night stay. Close proximity to Sight and Sound Theatre and plenty of nearby places to eat.
Be advised, No microwave in the room.

Front desk staff were wonderful and the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas! We were there for one night but was super impressed with this hotel. We came with our shih-tzus and the front desk associate immediately grabbed a bag of treats for them.
Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet even being on the first floor.
Restaurant was clean and the dining area comfortable.
Great stay all around.

Very clean and comfortable. I was under the impression that breakfast was included but we were charged 30.00 for a very cold breakfast buffet and no butter included as they ran out

Nothing less than top-notch Hilton. Excellent facility with an indoor splash park and pool for the kids (and Mom and Dad). Excellent staff, very clean. Outstanding.

Beautiful hotel inside and out. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable.
The indoor kiddie water park was fun.

Lack of trash bins at entrance or around lobby is puzzling. Have to bring any trash from cars or outside back to room for disposal.
