Booked room through trip.com. Upon checking in, I was told my payment that I submitted through trip.com did not go through which I had a receipt that it did. Front desk said I had to pay again. So I ended up paying $350+ for a one night stay. I still have not received my refund from Marriot nor have I received a reply. Very dissatisfied with customer service.

Everything was great about this property, except the description is misleading. They don't have a bar, and nothing nearby stays open late, which was a letdown after a long day of traveling.

Hotel is very clean and rooms are comfortable and functional. Prices are reasonable. Only drawback is the complimentary breakfast which is frankly just adequate. There’s no comparison to the more well-known “Suites” hotel but then again the price is much cheaper.

We had issues with the room. The window curtain rod was broken, toilet seat was loose and I had to tighten and the TV modem fell off the wall. One evening the TV would not work and the desk clerk was of no help. I was able to get it working after resetting the cable box twice.
For price of this hotel I should receive top quality accommodations.

When I checked in on Friday, the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. My room refrigerator one of The shelves had not been cleaned and it was a sticky mess. The toilet handle came out of the toilet tank when I flushed it. I was able to take the lid off and tighten the handle to work but The water was leaking out of the tank flapper I guess and refilling constantly The toilet worked fine and I just told them to take care of it after I checked out. I did like the walking trail nearby and the fitness center. The breakfast was fine and enjoyed visiting with family in their breakfast area , no housekeeping on the weekend but you can get towels toilet paper what you need at the front desk. This was a very convenient property for our stay. Overall it’s was good and quiet to get sleep and that’s important
