The air in the room kept turning on way too loud. It would drop by a degree in the room at 2am and the heat would turn on as if it was going to take off. And way too many random creepy flashing lights.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Parking is great with the parking garage underneath. Overall our stay here was great. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear footsteps and people talking above or next to you but that didn’t bother us. We would definitely come again.

Was totally unprepared for a charge of $250 for security purposes. Charge took two days to reverse to my card.
Room was fine except problem with bathtub drain.

Noisy room, shower leaking constant drip noise. Could hear water from other rooms toilet flushing, drain pipe must be in wall just inside room.

Overall a good experience; didn't appreciate the bed sheets being dirty and having hair in them in one bed. Brought it to the attention of the front desk at checkout and no real effort at compensation or apology for the inconvenience was made other than to say they'll make sure it doesn't happen again. Young work staff that were pleasant but inexperienced in fixing a client complaint.

Rooms were quite loud . Other rooms using shower made noises in our pip a that kept us up . Could hear walking above us quite loud . Front desk wasn’t very polite .

I only stayed for a few hours because of the flooding that took place. The overnight front desk gentleman was great. Very accommodating, understanding and helpful. Definitely where I will come back if and when a room is needed again.

Parking under the hotel. Elevator right to your floor or main lobby.
Newer hotel and clean rooms.
Hot breakfast and coffee 24-7.
Nothing to complain about.
Would definitely stay here again.
