Housekeeping was by request only but the front desk clerk was very helpful in explaining and giving me options since I was staying several nights. I chose to just leave trash outside the room and came back to find extra bags tied around the door handle. Housekeeping was very prompt and the front desk was helpful. The rooms are nice, bathroom is a little cramped, but I love having a mini fridge and microwave. Only complaints this trip were the heat in my room didn't work very well and the key card reader at the side entrance wouldn't read cards.

Selected this hotel because of it's proximity to my business conference location (as I was getting around town on foot) in conjunction with the cost. The staff was excellent and my room was perfect for my needs. This hotel is a bit far from the historic district, but I am pleased with my stay and would certainly stay here again.

This stay was an add-on after a few days in town at a business conference. The staff kindly let me combine my reservations so I didn't have to switch rooms, which was a wonderful accommodation. Every staff person I interacted with was very friendly and helpful, and I love that breakfast begins at 7 AM.
The only thing to be aware of is that the room keys are very sensitive; keep them as far away from your phone as possible!

The following things were broken:
-headboard
-dresser drawers
-mini fridge
-fan in the a/c
-hairdryer
-outlet
The complimentary breakfast was inedible and made us sick.
Desk clerk was rude when I asked what time breakfast started being served.
They gave us a disclaimer upon check-in that they simply can’t afford to provide housekeeping every day.
They did not give us shampoo.
The bathroom had not been properly cleaned.
I could go on, but you get the picture.

Hotel is adequate. This was a repeat stay. Interior just a little run down. Very quiet. Will return.
