Came for a weekend of shopping. Perfect location to the outlets and other shopping areas, as well as restaurants would definitely stay again felt very safe and was very quiet.

My son and I went for a weekend getaway. This resort met our needs in terms of cost, amenities and location. The pool and hot tub were clean. We appreciated having designated adult only swim hours. The unit was clean and everything was in working order. We were never asked to do a timeshare tour which was fine with us.
While we were in Williamsburg, we enjoyed favorite restaurants, outlet shopping and axe throwing.

We really liked how friendly the staff was and we were able to check in early. The housekeeping staff needs to work a bit on the cleanliness. The floors were not clean and had hair on them when we arrived. Not just one or two pieces either. The whole place could really use a deep clean. I also noticed that the gutters are full and needed to be cleaned out. We enjoyed our time here. The two bedroom suites are so nice for families that are staying there.

I can overlook outdated decor, outdated bathroom fixtures, spotty internet, small TVs, etc. This property definitely needs to be updated. But I cannot overlook dishonesty.
I left my new coat and my boyfriend’s coat in the closet (by accident.) I called later that day and the front desk said they would check with housekeeping and call me back. I kept calling and finally they said they found my items. I was very happy and sent someone who lives locally to pick up the items.
Well housekeeping stole/forgot to turn in my coat and only returned my gloves, my scarf, and my boyfriend’s coat. They took my gloves and scarf out of my coat and kept/forgot to turn in my coat. I called back and continued to get the runaround. I called their corporate office and never got a response. I’m very disappointed and will not stay here again.
