Good spot to rest before heading towards Grand Canyon. Nice little hotel lobby with fire place. The rooms are a bit dated but fine for an overnight stay. Lots of parking.

I booked and used this hotel for lodging before visiting the Grand Canyon. While the facilities aren't state-of-the-art, the bathrooms have been remodeled, making it a perfect choice for a one-night stay.

Greyhound bus Las Vegas arrived at this beautiful town William’s, and stayed here when going to the Grand Canyon. The front desk staff can help guests contact the rental car to the Grand Canyon. Thank you Barbara! I didn’t want to get up when I sat by the big fireplace in the hotel lobby, haha…..

酒店有點年紀，但是其實房間保養不錯，空間也很大。適合從大峽谷玩好回來當一箇中轉休息的地方。停車不要錢好評。

Our stay was okay. The rooms were clean and served their purpose. When we first looked online at this hotel on ********** the pictures did not match the actual physical layout building. The hotel is a lot older, the kids playground was closed/roped off (website description did not say it was under construction). We didn't try the food on grounds but heard it was good. Did want to share one experience that turned us off. We bought a dessert from the depot across the hotel (coffee and goods) and went to Spencer's restaurant inside the hotel for our kids to enjoy the dessert while us adults enjoyed a beverage from the bar and the female bar tender was so rude and told us "they can't eat that in here" it was her tone that did it for us. Even after we apologized she didn't say anything back. One expects better customer service from a hotel that is expensive and supposed to be family friendly. A simple, "hey its restaurant policy that no outside food is allowed, sorry." but she was rude and bothered. Its not like we brought McDonalds or something noticeable. It was a simple dessert from their own property store. Just annoying... Oh and if you want a microwave its $10 a night.
