Red Roof Inn Wichita Falls

For the price we didn't expect the place to be top notch cleanliness wise (and it wasn't by any means); but bed bugs, cock roaches, and wood ants/termites were NOT part of the plan. On first inspection we only noticed an open soda can left in entertainment center, some cigarette butts on floor, and lack of batteries in TV remote; but after laying ON the bed and bed sheets for only 30/40minutes felt what we thought was ant bites. We weren't even under the sheets. Pictures are from killed bedbug blood spot, another smashed on on bed sheet, and others that we found on the floor. Would NOT recommend risking this stuff following you to your home and/or car. Select as soon as we discovered them.

Room was not clean and in need of repairs. No bathroom paper and no soap. Couple roaches. Staff friendly and made fresh coffee.

the picture of the room shows 3 pillows per bed. ours had 2. we asked for 2 more and received them. there was no telephone or wastebasket in the room and the chair was an old rolling desk chair that we could not use. the staff rummaged thru other rooms to supply a wastebasket and chair. the second bed did not have a sheet over the mattress cover. we requested that one be placed on the bed, but it never happened.

The room was infested with roaches. Non smoking room but they must not care or enforce it.

The first room we were put in didn’t have a working heater and no toilet paper. We were then put in another room that didn’t have a trash receptacle.

Sorry to say we liked nothing! We did not stay to night. We had to leave and go to a different motel. ******* should not use the property on the sight!

The only pleasant thing about this hotelwas the front office desk clerk. This property had roaches and mold. I wont stay again.

The worst dump that i’ve ever seen!!! Bugs in my first room, no light bulbs in any lamps in the second one, bed sheets with stains and holes, no cable. If i haven’t been so tired, i would have gone to another place. Just shut it down!!!!!!

My wife and I stayed the night here while moving across the country. During our one night stay, wife got locked inside our hotel bathroom. We had to get maintenance in our room to help her out and they ended up kicking the door down. Our room keys quit working several times during our stay. There was no wifi, the TV stopped working, the phone was unplugged and just sitting on our side table, and the hotel charged us twice for our room (we are currently disputing with our bank as we tried to call the front desk but we are unable to reach anybody). The employees were nothing but nice and helpful but the facilites definitely need an upgrade and the automated phone system needs to be REDONE. When you are instructed to dial 5 to reach the front desk, it loops you back to the beginning of the automated message. Many flaws.
