The hotel's location is great. The facilities are a bit old but very clean inside. The service is good, and there are charging stations in the parking lot.

The location is perfect. Great staff specially the one's from Front Desk. Very accommodating and cheerful to assist. We love that they have good coffee, their toiletries are outstanding. The only thing is we went for the pool area to relax but it was very dirty. The sauna was not set yet so we had to wait. The hot tub was warm not hot enough. Understandable that its outside pool so definitely there is going to be a lot of tree debris but if to maintain it is possible to keep it clean. The floor are of the pool accumulated a lot of sandy texture and a lot of floating stuffs.

Great location. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Perfect for a family vacation. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, highly recommend coming here for a getaway. I heard you can even ski here in winter, so I'm planning to look into that.

The room was clean and tidy, and the underground parking garage was very convenient.

Both the service and cleanliness were excellent. The front desk staff were also very helpful. As for the parking, it's in a great location and you can use it even before check-in time. The price is also comparable to public parking, especially if you calculate it for a full day's rental.

Overall, the hotel is decent, and the location is good. However, my room was out of shampoo, and the hairdryer wasn't working. The hotel definitely needs to improve in these areas. Since I arrived late and left early the next morning, I didn't get a chance to report these issues to the hotel. Parking is convenient, costing 27 per day. The checkout time is 11:00 AM, which feels a bit early!

Within a 5-minute walk, the nearby village offers a variety of restaurants.

Good location, right across from Whistler Village. Rooms were decently big and staff was nice. There is a hot hub and sauna on premise that was quite nice given the cold weather and windy days. Good value-for-money choice.

Very friendly and helpful. The laundry is a bonus although we didn’t use it. Rooms were clean with plenty of space. Beds were comfy and loved the sheets

The location is super convenient, just outside the main village of Whistler, and right next to the Whistler Golf Course driving range. It's within walking distance to the Whistler Gondola. There's a convention center, guest services, a supermarket, other hotels, and fast food nearby, so it's really handy. We parked in the hotel's underground garage, which cost $27 a day. It was spacious and had Tesla fast chargers. The front desk had a paid coffee station with Nescafé capsule coffee for $2.50 a cup, and a vending machine, creating a nice little dining area that was quite comfortable. The lobby also had hanging basket swing chairs, which was a nice touch. Front desk service was pretty good; they let us check in at 12:30 PM. The room looked clean and bright, simple yet elegant. It wasn't huge but had enough space for two people. Whistler doesn't really have an off-season, so considering everything, this hotel offers excellent value for money.
