During the off-season, it was practically empty, so we had full access to all the facilities. My main complaint, though, is that the Western food at the hotel's own restaurant was really not good. 😂 It definitely didn't meet the standards I'd expect from a five-star hotel. Next time, I'll just eat out.

This might be the cheapest Four Seasons I've ever stayed at, so it gets full marks! The sofa can be converted into a double bed, which is more than enough space for two kids. They even provided extra pillows and a double duvet. Upon check-in, we received a welcome card and some desserts. My only minor complaint is that the Caucasian front desk lady didn't proactively offer toys to my children. I had to ask twice, and she only gave them out the second time after checking other people's reviews, which was a bit disappointing. Also, I was surprised the room didn't have a Dyson hairdryer – even the pool areas have Dyson, so the rooms should too! The toiletries didn't smell very good. The bar on the first floor is excellent, highly recommended!

Four Seasons Hotel truly lives up to its reputation. The bedding, bathroom facilities, and amenities are all top-notch and luxurious, providing guests with a very comfortable, pleasant, and private leisure experience. It's definitely worth staying again.

We wrapped up spring break with a super chill three-day, two-night stay at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, and it was exactly what our family of four needed.
The rooms were awesome—super comfy, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The view of the mountains? Absolutely stunning. It made lounging around way more enjoyable.
The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were a hit with all of us, and the kids especially loved the marshmallow roasting session held daily from 4–6 pm. It was such a fun and cozy family activity! The ping-pong facilities were also a big favorite, though they seemed to be in high demand.
Breakfast was a highlight, too—the buffet had an amazing variety of options, and we were pleasantly surprised to find BC caviar as part of the offerings that day. A unique and delicious treat!
The only downside was the playroom—it’s a bit small, especially during busy times like spring break or summer. It felt a little limited for all the kids hoping to use it.
That said, the staff nailed it. They were super friendly and helpful, adding little touches to make our stay extra special.
Four Seasons Whistler definitely delivered. We left feeling recharged and already talking about when we can come back!

Everything was perfect except for the breakfast, which didn't have much variety.

Rooms are well cleaned - housekeeping is doing a great job!
Impressive client experience! We received complimentary chocolate strawberry for my parent’s anniversary celebration.
We were waiting at a different hotel shuttle stop for 30 minutes ( didn’t know that bus stop is for other hotel). We then called the hotel and they quickly sent a house car to pick us up. Excellent customer service!
Staffs are all friendly.
I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again

My girls and myself had a wonderful experience at Four Season. Staff are friendly, helpful and provided with flexibility in terms of check-in or check-out arrangement. The room is just perfect, either cleanliness or settings. Food was great. re-visit is a MUST.

I'm so disappointed. My boyfriend and I came to celebrate my birthday and stayed for two nights. We ordered a sidecut dinner at the hotel, and this raw beef dish immediately struck me as being too dark in color and not very fresh. After watching TV for a while in the room, I had a splitting headache an hour later and vomited. I had vomiting and diarrhea all night, all because of this dish. Dinner cost $400, and to end up eating such unhygienic food, I have absolutely no trust in the Four Seasons anymore.

First of all, the good things are all good. The restaurants are all good and the dishes are all online. The hardware is also OK. The scenery is not bad. You can see the trees outside. I think the service is OK, and there are no surprises. But what I am most dissatisfied with is that I did not unplug the charger at the bedside. After I left, I called the hotel and they said they would ask and tell me, but there was no response. They sent an email to fill in the lost and found. I left the hotel on April 11, and I still did not receive any response on the 30th. I feel like I am staying in a fake Four Seasons? A hotel at this price is too cost-effective, right?

Aside from being expensive, it's perfect. The hotel restaurant is okay, but not particularly good.

The best hotel in Whistler, I liked everything very much. They serve black caviar and champagne for breakfast. I recommend it to everyone.

The room is big and the bed is very comfortable! When checking in, the child was given a small doll, which made the child very happy. There are wine tasting activities, roasted marshmallows, and live honey lollipops on Friday afternoon. The spa is especially good 👍 The waiters are very nice and everyone is smiling. But the scale of the hotel is not as big as the Lake Louise Castle Hotel, and the scenery there is not as good! The hotel is in Blackcomb Mountain, and it takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the cable car. This side is more suitable for friends with intermediate and advanced ski slopes. If you are a beginner skier, the hotel on Whistler Mountain is more convenient. Blackcomb Mountain is relatively quiet, and there are relatively few options for eating and shopping. But from a vacation perspective, the hotel itself is very good, especially the Spa, which is so comfortable!

This service is already very good in such a lazy country like Canada, but you have to tip on top of the service fee. Breakfast cost 100 Canadian dollars per person, which made me feel heartbroken 🤣🤣🤣
