You had excellent reviews and we always enjoy the Hampton Inn. However, when we arrived at our room, my son found two hairs in his bed (thankfully, before we settled in). It was ten pm on a Saturday and all we wanted was to go to sleep, but we called downstairs and about 20 minutes or so later, they switched us to another room two doors down. So, a fairly quick resolution to the problem, but still a disgusting one to have.

We ended up paying cash for our room… The person at the service desk did not know how to do a transaction using cash and we ended up receiving a $25 refund and it took forever to get the refund so we said forget it keep it because again it was a cancel transaction. The pool door was broken. It took a good 10 to 15 minutes for somebody to figure out how to get into the other side of the pool to unlock the door for the main pool.

over all nice place to stay. only negative was pillows were very flat. got in late so didn't call for replacements. would stay again. cannot comment on breakfast because we didn't eat there.

I liked how everything was central to the location, ie gas stations, restaurants. However the level of housekeeping was unacceptable.
