Great stay at the hotel, across the road from the aquarium and a little village. Highly recommend visiting a bakery called sift downtown.

The hotel was within walking distance to the attractions. The pool was fabulous. The restaurant wasn't great but convenient. We ate there the first night but the next night we ate at Andiamo right up the street. The staff was very friendly! We will stay there again!

I’ve stayed at a lot of Hilton locations and I really like this hotel. It was clean, modern, spacious and very appealing. I have a complaint about check in. There was some sort of event happening at this hotel because when we arrived, there was a swarm of people with name tags around the front desk checking in. It took them a really long time to check in and just when I thought I would be next, there were more of them. They had 2 staff members at the front desk, but both of them were taking care of people with this event group. I ended up waiting 20 minutes to check in. In the future, it would be smarter to have a separate check in for these people or at least only designate one staff member to them. It was just annoying to stand there for 20 minutes with bags being held up by an event group. I’m sure these situations don’t happen a lot, but it would be great to fine tune them and better the experience for everyone. Overall, I enjoyed this Hilton hotel.

there was a serious concern regarding staff trying to walk into our room. they lightly knocked, and we weren't sure if we heard a knock on another door by accident... I had just gotten out of the shower and was not decent, so we asked "hello" and got no answer, except they tried to walk into our room. Luckily we slammed the door shut on them, but we made a complaint to the front desk and they said that it was an ongoing problem with their room service. Which is a huge concern for me! It would be the main reason for me not coming back to this hotel again. Even though everything else was great... safety and privacy is my biggest concern of anywhere I go.

Great location. Clean and comfortable but drafty room. Bring your own bottled water for the coffee maker I guess. We asked for it and they said to buy it in the gift shop or bring our own container to fill it from the gym. Kind of weird. We have stayed at hotels around the world and hotels have always given at least two small complimentary bottles. A small ask for a Hilton I think.

This particular Hilton, is a great location, it's right across from the aquarium and Olde Mistick Village. About 15 minutes after check in my partner and I were unpacking and I happened to noticed the pillows on the bed were dirty. They had little black hairs on them and felt crusty. We called the front desk immediately but it was busy, do we left a message with house keeping. 5 minutes later I get a text from a unknown number asking how are stay is so far signed -CC. It happened to be the front desk and they immediately took action and put us in a new room. They did fix the error, and we did appreciate it. We are hoping this was just a fluke thing because we've stayed before and this has never happened.
