I was woken up early in the morning at 8:30 and 9:00 in the morning, and I did not ask for a wake-up service. At 9:00 in the morning, the door was opened without permission. This hotel is rude and unsafe.

Cosas buenas : la situación , cerca de todo y parking en la puerta del hotel Cosas malas : baños muy mejorables , agua caliente que funciona de forma caprichosa y aleatoria. Reservamos una habilitación para cada uno ( 4 ) y nos dieron tres dobles a 150 euros / noche / habitación con desayuno para dos , sin descontar el desayuno no consumido a pesar de solicitarlo y otra más single a un precio muy inferior , sin posibilidad de cambio / arreglo ni compensación alguna . Presión continua para consumir en el bar y restaurante y pago en cash muy solicitado , casi exigido , no les gusta el pago con tarjeta ,………………… ) Desayuno muy mejorable , rechazan el hacerte un par de huevos fritos y solo accedieron a hacer huevos pasado de agua como gran cosa . La dueña mal encarada , seca y con malos modos al exigir pagar una cuenta de su restaurante en cash ( Pedimos separar las cuentas de cada uno y solo accedía a ello si se pagaba en cash ) rechazando categóricamente y con malos modos el pago con tarjeta individual . Muy decepcionado del trato recibido . Deslucio muchísimo unas vacaciones que se pagaron a precio de lujo y con servicio de hostal de tercera . No recomendable

Sind im Gasthof Aschenwald zum Abendessen eingekehrt. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Alle Speisen sind frisch und sehr lecker zubereitet. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir gehen auf alle Fälle wieder hin.

We komen hier al jaren voor de wintersport. Gelegen tegenover het station waarmee je gratis naar Hopfgarten Berglift of Kitzbuhel kan reizen. Met de auto zit je zo in Brixen en in Westendorf. De kamers zijn idd wat verouderd, maar wel ruim en schoon. Het eten is heerlijk. Echt een aanrader. In de zomer zijn we hier ook een aantal dagen geweest op doorreis. Veel te doen in de omgeving: wandelen, mountainbiken, dagje Innsbruck, Wörgl, Kufstein e.d.
