It wasn't too bad, somewhat outdated and rooms could have been cleaner

Staff is great and place is clean.

I want to take the staff migrate and the lady in the front desk for all the hard work and the dedication that she gave us me and my family. Thank you again, Margaret.

Desk clerk was very good. Professional and friendly. The room was clean but had one trash can, no coffee, no cups, no trash can in bathroom. The place is ok.

There was a 2 inch layer of dust on the fan in the bathroom. It had not been cleaned very well. Bathroom especially was not cleaned very well and needed to be updated.

The stay was good, state was friendly. Only issue was the shower. The shower rod was missing screws and that caused the curtain to keep sliding down resulting in water getting all over the floor

Booked hotel for one night for 73 year old mother. Called front desk 30 mins before checkout and asked if I could extend her stay in same room without leaving. Representative said yes, took credit card payment and provided confirmation number. Hours later hotel owner banged loudly on room door yelling for my Mother to vacate room. Threatened to break through door to get her out. My Mother was in the bathroom about to shower. She was trying to explain that her stay was extended by me her daughter. Owner continued to yell and threaten my Mother through the room door and into lobby causing an embarrassing incident. Hotel staff eventually got records showing that her stay was extended. Owner and staff’s attitude changed and tried to welcome my Mother to continue her stay. She refused after such abuse toward a senior. She was frightened and did not feel safe in that hotel. We are proceeding with filing formal complaints. As a customer she was not given the benefit of doubt. What a horrific experience for a 73 year old woman. She was staying there while her home heater was being repaired on days with temperatures in the 30s.

Really outdated hotel. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. The toilet paper in the bathroom was an empty roll and had not been replaced. Had to request towels for the other guest with me. They only had one set. Also the toilet ran all night.

Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Our room was ok, was just remodeled but the crew doing so could have done much better. Was suppose to have a nice breakfast as listed, only thing that was available was waffles. There is a Cracker Barrel in the same parking area tho…
