2 Star Hotels in West Palm Beach

I have booked twice, 8.8 and 8.9 for two days, but one day in advance, it is 100 yuan cheaper than 10 days in advance, or the second floor, but after waiting for a long wait, I will ask for the next day to go to the front desk to handle the procedure. In place! I did it, and I waited for the next day for another half-day. I went to the same procedure as I checked in again, and I brushed a $100 deposit. But when I checked out, I only refunded 100 on the spot. There is still $100 in the market. I am too lazy to play international long distance. See when you can return! The water in the room is one bottle and one dollar. No matter how far the hotel car is, it costs almost $25. There is almost nothing to eat for breakfast. The waiter is also very indifferent. In short, except for the opposite outlets and supermarkets, the price is too low, there is no reason to choose. Go live! Still Hilton's Suite Hotel is good!

First thing you need to know is that this property was probably built in the 1960s. It's old, but many of the furnishing have been updated in this century. ;-) The area is very hard to figure out. Some nice restaurants, and then some shady places around the corner. And it didn't help when my Lyft driver told me not to walk in the area at night, as we pulled into the parking lot of the Economy Inn at around 6pm. Apparently West Palm Beach has some shady areas near the Interstate highway (per my driver). Upon arriving, I noticed the former pool had been filled in and nicely landscaped. Honestly, the best pool to landscaping gig I've seen at a motel like this. I had to ring a doorbell for the Operator/Owner to come let me in. Not the first time to experience this with the older, ”ma and pa” type of establishments. I believe the owners live onsite and do most of the work managing the property. A few of the previous reviews referenced the staff being rude. I get it. The owners didn't go out of their way to offer southern hospitality. But my guess is that it's a cultural thing. For a business owner in their 60's-70's, from another country, changing personalities is probably not going to happen. However, in the Southeast US, guests do expect more hospitality and clear English speaking staff than what the Economy Inn provides. Just know what to expect. Oh, and bring your own hair dryer. The room and bathroom seemed to be clean overall. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of electrical and charging outlets, Direct TV, microwave, and working fridge. The AC fan was a quite stale when I turned it on, so I didn't use it for most of the night. The shower is all old tile that probably needs replacing due to grout stains in the corners. Vanity and toilet were fairly new, as were the laminate hardwood floors. FYI, These rooms are really small and there is no desk for working. Just remember, it's called ECONOMY Inn for a reason. They run a very lean, non-flashy, no big chain motel, but overall clean. I would say this place is good for a night when you need to get to the airport quickly for an early morning flight, or (apparently) for an inexpensive, wild night of couple passion (per the room next door -- thin walls, beware). For me, I had an early flight the next day ;-) so it worked fine. Because of the area, though, I would not recommend this motel for a female traveling alone.

There was a great woman at the front desk, very helpful. check in was easy. I have always loved Hampton Inn, it's not as nice as I remember, there was loud music and weed smoke all down the hall and I had my kid with me. No breakfast because of Covid-19. I accidentally booked one regular king suite and then a handicap and they made me move rooms the 2nd day here, even though she said they were no very full. The store was barely stocked, no juice for the kids.

Something happened to our reservation at a nearby Marriott, so we were rebooked here. It was during the Honda Classic so everything was booked. Todd was at the front desk and I have to say I was rather upset for having our plans changed so I wasn’t the most pleasant customer for Todd. Todd stayed professional and asked if we would like two queens or a king. I realized I was probably being rude so I apologized. I applaud Todd for his professionalism. It started to get busy at check in so he greeted each guest. The room was clean. The AC was great. The fridge kept everything cold and the little freezer compartment actually froze my ice packs. Bed was comfy.

Room smelled a little funny. Other than that it was good.

The morning is very rich. There are also a lot of parking spaces. The front desk service is very friendly. Two female old blacks. One male and old black are very good. The breakfast service sister is also very enthusiastic. The overall is very good. The surrounding fast food mall has a good choice.

The hotel room is large, the bed is large and comfortable, the hot water is very good, the bath is very comfortable, the parking lot is very convenient, and the breakfast is good. The hotel waiter is very warm, there are questions and answers, and the breakfast is good. Very satisfied. Service

Didn't expect the room to be so clean but was very pleased with the cleanliness. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I spent most of time on the beach that was just 10 mins away. Great location indeed. Next time I visit I will make sure I rent a car. Uber was pricey for the number of trips back and forth to the beach. Overall a very pleasant trip
