Place looks a bit rundown from the outside. It is on a busy and noisy corner. It is right next door to a Target store, which is convenient and it is a nice Target. Rooms are dingy, but clean. The pool is the bomb! Very nice "Old school" round pool in the center of the building; clean and sparkly. The Tiki Bar is lame, but a nice idea. Breakfast was lame, typical self-serve buffet. They did keep the area clean, so no complaints, just don't be looking for gourmet, it's just food. The one thing that was a rip-off was the shuttle to Sunfest: $45. An Uber was $15.

Lady at the frontdesk in the evening Was very unfriendly. Rest of the stuff in the morning was very friendly.
Breakfast was fine, room was clean and all good for one night.

The hotel is too old and not well maintained. The carpet looks dirty. The shower head is very small and the water doesn't come out quickly. I didn't even eat breakfast so early. I'm really not satisfied with it.

The outlets within walking distance were also nice.

The staff was helpful and friendly! Our room was clean and cozy. The bathrooms could use a little updating in the tub areas, but they are clean! Some of the doors need attention. Rooms that are facing the parking lot are noisy and some have bright lights just outside the window. Ask for a courtyard side room if you need dark and quiet.

Our overnight stay at the Best Western was perfect for our month long travels thru Florida. Honestly, we had just left a main luxury resort in Miami and the rooms at the Best Western were more comfortable than the hotel we just left. The room was clean, neat, and had everything we needed for our one night stay. Free breakfast was a plus since our last resort did not offer this amenity.

Positive: Cleanliness and location Negative: Attention, the bathroom soaps are of very poor quality and when they apply paint they do not clean, you can see that it falls everywhere. The coffee maker with the broken lid and the ice container of very poor quality should be changed constantly. The price is high, they should pay more attention to what they offer

Staffs are nice. 24 hours coffee , tea and water access. Breakfast is great . They offer hot breakfast as well. The only thing is not enough hot water and findings small ants on the wall. In general, I like the hotel.

We have 2 rooms, the cleaness had been not we expected since we had stayed in many times in different states @ Best Western facilies which were much cleaner and services include great breakfast.
The pillows, the coversheets and comforter smelt. We had to take bathtowels to cover pillows.
Capet of the rooms are dirty and sticky.
The morning breakfast, was as bad as we never expected. We were @ the room around 8:45 am, there was already almost no food (
