I had a pleasant stay in meuorah, the staffs were friendly especially mbak novi whom help us through our check in even showing us our room, we went for our honeymoon and the room was decorated very nicely, we got a welcome cake and it was delicious, the scenery in the lobby, the pool, the room and restaurant were phenomenal, it is an open space with direct view to the ocean with a lot of boats parking around. Overall an easy 10/10, will come back again if I visit bajo in the future

The hotel facilities are complete and relatively new. The lobby is on the tenth floor. The scenery is invincible and superb. The breakfast is very rich. The restaurant has western restaurants, Japanese food, and seafood barbecue. It is quite satisfactory, and the price is not much different from mid-range restaurants in Shanghai. The sea water of Komodo Island is very clear, and the fish is rich and colorful, which is a good snorkeling place.

I didn't take any photos of the room... The location of the hotel is really good. It's very close to the airport. I checked in just in time for the sunset, and the red glow filled half of the sky. The sanitation of the facilities is relatively poor, and the main focus is on an original ecology. Well worth coming and coming multiple times. The service is mediocre and the face-to-face enthusiasm is extremely warm. The reservation items and things are completely unreliable. The items booked with the hotel are more expensive than those booked outside just for safety. For example, when renting a yacht from the hotel to go out to sea, a hotel staff member will follow you on board. The captain had a total of three service staff. When we arrived at the snorkeling site, we were given diving goggles and snorkels and let us go into the sea. We were a little scared when we came up (no safety suits were given and no instructors were provided). I booked the airport drop-off service with the hotel in advance, and I also confirmed it with the hotel the night before departure. As a result, when I left for the airport the next day, I found that there was no one from the hotel to deal with it. In the end, the hotel front desk called a taxi temporarily, and it took a long time. Okay. There was plenty of time reserved for us.

Labuan Bajo is usually an overnight tourist stop on the way to Komodo Island and beyond, and it's rapidly getting built up with new mega-hotels, so we didn't expect much from a hotel stay there. But the well-established Golo Hilltop Hotel was such a terrific experience that we're considering returning just to linger around the pool again and witness the glorious sunsets. The staff was so friendly, the rooms were great (we stayed in the deluxe view room for one of the nights before we sailed to the islands, and then a ”regular” room for our return night, which had a lovely view of its own). The breakfast—choice of egg dish, pancakes, or cereal when we were there—hit the spot and the owner helpfully directed us down the hill to the fish market, but the real highlight was relaxing in the pool with a cold Bintang, and enjoying the exquisite gardens.

We arrived and the pool was green and the place looked slightly abandoned. It’s sad because I think it could really be a good hotel/ hostel if it was given a bit of love! We had a family room for 4 of us, which we had to walk through a dorm to get too, which then was a room without windows, the aircon hardly worked and the toilet didn’t work at all! We had to use the one in the communal area which again stopped working which isn’t ideal! Breakfast pancakes were good and wifi was good however I don’t think I would stay here again as it just seemed like it was a bit forgotten about!! However their dog is goregous!!!!

I stayed for one night at the Komodo Lodge after my live aboard boat trip. The room is affordable, basic and clean and comes with a very simple breakfast. As I was on the ground floor, I had a verandah with outdoor seating and a clothes drying rack (I believe it is the same for the upstairs units with the balconies). Nothing to complain about. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The mosque in town might be too loud for some if one is not used to it and some guests may be a bit loud as well with their conversations as they walk by. But other than that, everything else was pretty much ok. Location wise, Komodo Lodge (at Jalan Mutiara) is well placed as it sits in between the street with the seafood stalls that open at night (Jalan Kerapu) and the main drag with the tour companies/agents and good eats (Jalan Soekarno Hatta) so all are within walking distance.

The service is good and the staff are friendly. The rooms are very large, and some rooms have small bugs. I stayed in two rooms 8/9. No. 8 is smaller than No. 9, but there are no bugs. It is not recommended for people with poor sleep when facing the street. The noise of the car at night is quite noisy. I can sleep all night after getting used to it for 3 nights. The breakfast is on the rooftop, there are only 4 varieties, and it's a standard that can be eaten. It is very close to the pier and walked for about 3 minutes. There are many places to eat on the side. The prices are okay, similar to Beijing.
