The room exceeded my expectations — great value, beautiful decor & interior, cosy furniture and overall safe and lovely stay. Some caveats for this stay was the location — realised that it was not a very prime location and can be a little inaccessible. Vehicle recommended to get to the lobby, and even through ride-sharing / booking apps such as Grab, three to four drivers have cancelled on me due to the difficulty in accessing location. Near several landmarks & malls on the map but the winding road / highway (it is an elevated spot) may make a five minute walk into a 15-minute journey. Great place for those with access to transport or for those who plan to relax in the room all day.

It was a huge hotel, just next to the department store. It was very close to the main malls and restaurants. Even if it is in crowded area, the room is very quiet. The breakfast is mostly Indonesian food, but delicious. What we like most about our family is the staff were very polite and helpful.

I've stayed at this hotel 3 seperate times, once for 6 weeks. The Staff was amazing to me and always greeted me with a smile and knew me by name. I used the restaurant, the gym, the BBQ buffet, and even the laundry. Everyone was extremely friendly. Especially GREAT were Ratun & Stefanie at the front desk. They always had a friendly greeting and their eyes sparkled when they smiled at you. They were amazing and I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Siti in the restaurant was another lovely staff member who always had a bright smile and friendly greeting. The Manager in charge of the BBQ buffet was friendly and treated me well on my long stay. Also, the men at the front door always seemed happy to see me and were always cheerful. I know there were other people that I know made my stays great but I can't remember all their names. I don't think I will be back to Jakarta for awhile, but the staff here made my stay an excellent one.

2 times at here, and there is always great, the hotel was really good. the hotel clean, fast check in and the room was comfortable, and breakfast have many variety in wetern, indonesian and chinese (the dimsum is very delicious) friendly and honest staff, central located, minor things are the bulding is old. The bed matrass was comes with zess which is suit for me lately.. The big screen television from samsung 50” are satisfiying my eyes.. Shower top are very best with fresh hot water.. i've must go to Samsat Jakarta Barat to take care my vehicle . so i choose this hotel with Room Only check in . the parking side was neglected , a lot of high grass . when i was check in was very fast but the service minimalized . the room clean but they didn't set up slipper . room amenities just bath gel , shampoo , dental kit , coffee and tea . i call to FO for request slipper but didn't come until check out . the towel was horibble with defact .

I extended my stay to this hotel but in different room from executive room to superior room. In my view, there’s no difference for the size of the room and the interior. The executive room provided us with free minibar and snacks. This hotel provided various menu of breakfast. Outside of the hotel, u can easily find local foods.

Checking in and out was easy and staff was friendly. Room is large, bed is comfy and bathroom is fully equipped with hot water. Breakfast was below par and I wasn't expecting such poor choice of food for a Novotel hotel. Proximate to Glodok, Jakarta's Chinatown, which is around 10 minutes walk. Travel to other parts of Jakarta is easy but be prepared for the traffic jams.

Checking in and out was easy and staff was friendly. Room is large, bed is comfy and bathroom is fully equipped with hot water. Breakfast was below par and I wasn't expecting such poor choice of food for a Novotel hotel. Proximate to Glodok, Jakarta's Chinatown, which is around 10 minutes walk. Travel to other parts of Jakarta is easy but be prepared for the traffic jams.

Great location in the old town. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning reasonable and the shower had plenty of hot water with good pressure. I didn’t realise at booking that the window in my room overlooked the busy Main Street, so traffic noise kept me awake for most of the night. The breakfast situation needs to be clarified. On their website there was mention of a new menu and several photographs. When I booked my room through their own website, it was unclear as to whether or not it covered breakfast. On my first morning, there was food cooking on the stove, but no mention of breakfast so eventually, I asked at reception. I was told that I needed to order breakfast the night before. It would have been great to have been told this when I checked in! The food cooking on the stove appeared to be for the staff. Not really a hostel atmosphere.
