"Even though this place is far out, I like the fact that they provided little signs each distance to let you know you are almost there. The receptionist was excellent. The staff here are very helpful and amazing. They never ever seemed bothered nor unwilling. The food was great. Our room, oh gosh, was very comfortable. What you see on their site is exactly what is there. They also ensure you are provided with fresh towels and bed linens. No one is impeding your space, no noise. Peace and quietness. I'll definitely be returning for a longer stay."

"We just came back from our stay. We were for 7 nights and it was peaceful and relaxing. This is the off season so there aren't many tourist around like in the winter months. We pretty much had the place to ourselves. The villa we stayed in was cute and quaint with lots of charm. They have Netflix. You are in walking distance of quite a few restaurants, bars and stores being on the west end. We enjoyed pur stay. We thought the staff was welcoming and attentive. They have a beautiful pool and hot tub area that is perfect to sunbathe, swim in the cooling pool or lounge in the hot tub. Being that it was offseason, we were typically the only ones out by the pool. i imagine in the winter the resort is booked and busy. All in all a very nice stay!"

"I booked Catcha for my 22 y.o. daughter and myself because of the wonderful reviews, and our experience surpassed expectations!! We wanted a small, friendly resort with a true Jamaican personality, and we got it with Catcha. The staff go out of their way to make you feel like family. We enjoyed talking with everyone from servers at Ivan's to front office staff to housekeeping and grounds folks. They took a genuine interest in us. I mentioned Ivan's...we ate there frequently during our stay and the food was always delicious! We always got a great table for dinner to watch the beautiful sunsets. We stayed in Aquarius which was spacious and comfortable. We loved the kitchen with full fridge which we stocked with our yummy Ivan's leftovers. We both slept very well thanks to the comfy beds and cold AC units. I lived on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The view really is amazing. We loved the peace of the West End cliffs and how at home we felt at Catcha. We have already recommended to friends and on Negril travel group pages. Stay here. You'll be glad you did!"
