Everything was fine, perfect location for where needed to be next day. Only complaint is the breakfast was awful and I’m not picky.

The breakfast sausage is extremely dry. Great location but for almost spending $200 per stay can we at least get better breakfast.

Clean room, friendly staff at front desk. Breakfast was lacking the first morning after arrival but better the following. Offered multiple floors for preference. Did not check toilet paper/tissues as we ran out, amd this was only a 2 night stay.

Lobby,elevator,hallways were all clean and not in poor condition.checkin was super quick and easy with our reservation.they had our rollaway bed outside our room before we could get parked and grab our bags.rooms were nice and what we expected based on our online research.very reassurring after the last place we stayed in that was not at all like advertised.rooms werent quit as quiet as i would have liked but it isnt a loud area.the ac/heater unit worked well but was a bit loud for our liking.water temperature was a little finicky but pressure was fantastic.toilet flushing was very loud for a small space.breakfast was a little dissapointing.eggs tasted like chemicals the first day and sausages were a strange texture.biscuits could be better but gravy was decent.the second day we were actually able to get waffles but were dissapointed to see they were packaged and didnt taste the best.coffee was good quality.checkout was very easy and quick just like checkin.overall we were happy with our stay.definetly will keep it in mind for our next stay.

Good location. Room was clean and comfortable. Could use some updating and floor tiles were mostly broken in the bathroom. Breakfast was adequate. Very good price.

The location of the property was good for my needs. Once in the room, the TV didn’t work, and there wasn’t much hot water for the morning shower. The staff tried to fix it, but couldn’t and did not offer any compensation.

This is the only hotel I can remember staying at that did not have all the local major TV stations available on their tv lineup. After a long day of traveling and looking forward to relaxing and watching Survivor and The Amazing Race on CBS, the local Des Moines CBS station was not included on their tv package. They offered NBC, ABC and Fox, but not CBS. When we asked the front desk why, we were told that they didn’t know why. Otherwise we enjoyed our brief stay.
