Hotels near Sarae Hills in West Bandung Regency

Over all, it is pleasant because the ambience is fresh and open space, the lobby is extraordinarily beautiful and majestic with its modern colonial concept. From the front gate security, lobby, f&b team, HK everyone is friendly except the front desk staff, guests have to say hello first before they look at the guests, he is not a hospitalist, not suitable for working at the front of the hotel, when I asked a few things about the types of rooms he seemed to explain without enthusiasm and minimal information, hopefully when we come back we won't see him again. We first went to this hotel, on the recommendation of an F&B staff member when we were staying in Cirebon, it turned out that she (Sinta) was already a staff member at Mason Pine. We were really surprised, thanks a lot to Mr. Bani, Mr. Jaka and especially Sinta for your hospitality. We ordered a deluxe pine room, the hotel was not full but why were we chosen a room with a side view, when we saw there were still other rooms. The nightstand in room 1714 does not match the interior of the room. The taste of the food we ate, both at breakfast and in Samara, was delicious. We plan to go back to try another room type...see you Sinta.

I chose cabin only without toilet, but the public toilet and shower is clean. Cabin 9-10 close to the public shower. The cabin good and cool. The window can be changed to clear or blur. They have table and chair in front of the cabin so people can do bbq in front of the cabin. The place also clean. Love to come again. Only the way to reach the place only need stairs. Not good for bug luggage bht okay for cabin size luggage.

Outstanding hotel, nice view with a bunch of kids activities. Rizky Front office staff gave us excellent service very friendly and helpful. Also Roslita restaurant staff in charge very understanding with our conditions (family with 3 kids). Definitely will return for next weekend

This hotel has great location and good lighting so that all pictures looks great. For 3 stars hotel, the room is spacious. However, they need to do regular maintenance especially for air conditioning. I switched room because air conditioning is not working. Some guests experience the same. Also, the key card should be maintained as well. Most of room key cards were reset a day after even though we were having 2 nights stay. Also, it would be better to have 2 key cards for each room. Breakfast menu is okay. Need more variations. Great omelette. Regarding ballroom 1, it is good for family party / wedding. The food are overall good. Hopefully by next visit, all those need improvements have been done/fixed.

Every time I travel, I always use a bobobox to rest But honestly, this is the worst bobobox, especially in terms of cleanliness Even though I stayed here a year ago and it was really clean, that's why I stayed here again this year The sheets had a lot of stains on them and this is what really made me feel like the blanket had lipstick stains on it :). But then I didn't have time to ask for a change of pods because it was already late at night and I was really tired. The bathroom is muddy, the toilet spray is leaking. There's no hand soap. The bathroom floor and walls were really dirty. There were lots of stains on the toilet door, like smeared lip cream But the receptionist was friendly, the security guard was also friendly and wanted to take you to the motorbike parking lot

I used to stay in Sukajadi hotel for so many times with my family, cant exactly remember how many times but it was a lot, we used to love the room, the service, and the food was great too! And this time me and my family came back to visit Bandung and decided to stay at this hotel, as a repeater guest, we expecting the same service & facities that we used to experienced, but unfortunately this visit is truly disappointing, the first room we enter was very dirty, a lot of hairs from the previous guest was everywhere in the bathroom, the room doesn’t even have any toothbrush, I called and asked to the staff but they told me they don’t have any toothbrush available, but then the housekeeping staff who passed by our room said it is available and he gave me the toothbrush (?) the first room we enter doesn’t even have a wardrobe or any hanger available?! Then I asked to move my room to another room, its a twin bed and need to be converted to kingsize, nevermind, its better than the first room we had, but then still, the room is very outdated and not very clean, as we now very concern about covid 19 outbreak and expect hotel will do double check about the room cleanliness? Well.. wifi is terrible too, we can’t even have signal inside our room, super mood breaker! And the worst case is that our room (i booked 2 room for 1 night only) both of them doesnt have the hot water (is not working) engineering came to the room and said it takes times for the hot water to came out, well.. i waited for almost 20 min it still doesn’t came out? The staff says sorry and told us basically like “it is what it is... its like that...” anyway, now I can’t expect more / even expect anything from this hotel, truly disappointed, just an expression and honest review from me & my family. And 1 kudos only for the housekeeping staff who passed me the toothbrush brush and clean our second room, thankyou.

Hotel was cosy and clean. Minor wear and tears in the bathroom as it's an old hotel. It has a mini zoo for kids. Swimming pool is rather small, can get quite packed over the weekends. Service was good, iron and hair dryer are avIlable upon request. Breakfast buffet consisted of mainly traditional Indonesian food. Good spread of choices.

Cleanliness : 9/10 Service : 8/10 Room : 9/10 Hotel : 8/10 Hello, I went with my family, I recommend this hotel because the facilities are complete, there are Gym Area, Swimming Pool, Futsal Field, Restaurant, and others. , Although the price is expensive between cheap with a luxurious hotel style and Indonesian style and the view is very cool overlooking the mountains And by the way the car or motorbike parking is very spacious and in this hotel there is a conversion room and a party room, the place is strategically located near tourist attractions, playgrounds, ok that's my review, thank you 🙏

This hotel has great potential to be a highly recommended hotel, but fell short on few crucial things. The location is great, good looking exterior, and the room is well designed too! But unfortunately seems this hotel is not well maintained. Maybe because of COVID. But should not be an excuse, tho. Let start with some positives: 1. Room is spacious, good looking design 2. Great location 3. Nice exterior design 4. Decent food During our stay, we found several issues: 1. The room wasn’t exactly the best smelling room we’ve been. Moreover, definitely need so many cleaning such as on the curtain and the bed headboard. 2. The restaurant only open until around 8. We could not even get a plate and a set of cutlery at night. 3. The pillows are rather bad for a 3-star hotel. 4. the wi-fi is terrible. Disconnected every 5 minutes with bare minimum speed. 5. The receptionist wasn’t exactly at their post everytime (sometimes no one is there) This hotel shows sign of its glory years but obviously the COVID didn’t help in its maintenance and management. Not sure whether we would be back here again, but if something drastic is done, we would love to stay here again.

This is my experience of staying at Lembang Asri for the 5th time 😁 Its calming natural vibes always invite you to come back. The large garden, playground and pool are a bit warm for children, quite a favorite. The less pleasant thing is the restaurant section. Please, every time you come here the Breakfast Menu is always the SAME. true, both are the same. I've memorized it. The variety and taste are very lacking. Plus the attitude of the restaurant employees is less friendly. Lack of smiles, and seem excessive in supervising guests who eat. Wow sis, we have paid an additional charge for children which is not cheap, 75K per child with a very simple menu. Maybe we can do more training for Hospitality, and the Chef can make menu variations, so that guests don't get bored. For the Front Office, Security, Helper, everything is okay and friendly.
