Me and my wife arrived in Tampa after a long drive from Boca Raton Florida. We booked a room with a Kings size bed on Priceline and was very excited to get to our room. Upon entering the Hotel at approx. 1030pm on 5/5/2022 we noticed the Front desk was empty. So we decided to have a seat and wait for someone to come help us check into our room. We waited for a good 7-10 minutes before we saw a woman walking across the lobby from a dark lit area slowly taking her time as she approached the front desk. There was not any pleasantries or any welcoming or inviting facial expressions or words, Just can I have a drivers License and credit card,after I had said we would like to check -in we have reservations. She looked up our reservation told us our room number and that was it. Upon riding the elevator we noticed she never explained anything about the hotel or how to get on Wi-fi or any of the normal conversation you would normally have upon entering a hotel. we just shrugged it off and looked forward to sleeping after a 4hour drive. When we entered the room it had two single beds? We called the front desk and said we have a reservation for a king size bed we have 2 single beds. At which time she became annoyed and explained that was what they had available right now. She said if you want a King size Bed I can put you into room 126 on the first floor. I agreed and went to the front desk to turn in my key and pick up another one. When i walked up to the desk she was having a personal conversation and ignored us for a time until her conversation was ended. The was not a customer but a friendly conversation with a person she knew personally. When she finished the conversation she made no eye contact nor any conversation as much to say she was not happy to help us or even act politely and professional. When we get to our room 126 it has a terrible odor. It was a room that permits smoking and did make it hard for me to breath since I have asthma . My wife wanted to complain but I suggested that its better to just accept the room since she is looking for confrontation it seemed. This was a horrible experience. Upon checking out we mentioned to the front desk what had happened. Our confirmation number was., 3253066336

Very clean and very helpful staff food was readily available just around the corner plenty of choices of what we could eat. Very convenient close by the Wiregrass sports complex which is what we were looking for. Only complaint was the beds were kind of uncomfortable and need better pillows.

My family of four went to Wesley Chapel to visit friends. We stood at the Best Western and had such a great experience. The hotel was clean, staff was great, beds were comfortable, breakfast was more than we expected and the location was great. We were 15 mins from my friends place. And a 2 minute drive from the Grove Theatre and shops. They also opened up Krates at the Grove where you can eat and drink, listen to live music, watch a live game and come back to the hotel. It was great!

We had a queen room (#208). Very pleased with the size and cleanliness of the room. It seemed pretty new and was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel itself was nicely decorated and the breakfast was varied and nice -- standard stuff, but with southern amenities like gravy. One little quirk about our particular room was that the digital readings on the clock and the thermostat didn't work (see pictures). A minor thing though. The only real negative about this hotel I have to report is about the side parking lot. Every time we pulled into the side parking (where there is a key-operated entrance that we used to get to our room) we saw people loitering quite a bit and, especially at night, didn't feel as safe. And there was always random trash in this lot. Discarded masks, food cups, etc.

We were pleasantly surprised by this very budget friendly hotel. After using a popular blind deal service, I felt almost disappointed that we were staying here because it was the cheapest of possibilities, but I was so wrong! The hotel was very well appointed, very clean and well maintained and the staff was very friendly. Luis checked us in at the desk and was super personable, kind and friendly. He made sure to let us know that there would be popcorn and cookies in the lobby, and advised us on breakfast time as well! Our room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean as well and nicely appointed with a shower with an actual glass door (spotless!) instead of a shower curtain. When dinner time came, there were tons of close by options to choose from because of the proximity of the hotel to everything! Breakfast at the hotel was typical but well stocked and tasty. Overall, this was a great hotel with a great deal and we will definitely stay here again, as we frequently stay the night because of the nearby ice rink. They’ve totally won us over from the other hotel we usually stay at in town. This hotel was clean if not cleaner, nicely appointed and much more affordable!
