A view from the window showed the villas -the pools were dead dry and villas not painted (probably up for a renovation?) Breakfast was simple enough with decent choices , however could be expanded to include further western cuisine Attended a wedding at the venue. There the service of the staff were miserable. I had to keep a watch on my shoulders that they don’t drop the dishes on my shoulder. On one occasion the whole fruit bowl landed on top of the plate with desserts with the dessert still on them.

I stayed in this hotel in April 2023 as I had a business trip in Wenzhou. The hotel location is super convenient as the train station is only 5 minutes walking. The checkin process was ok and the bedroom is nicely designed for the price I paid. This is good value for money. Things to improve : people are smoking in the lobby so the first impression is not really nice. I couldn’t connect to WiFi as I didn’t have any Chinese phone number so be careful if you come as a foreigner you will need to use your 4G roaming or maybe ask the reception but they don’t speak English.

Food is terrible 😫 We booked a table for 2 and ordered salad and came with bacon then they replaced the salad for a salad without bacon but arrive WITH BACON bits.... i don't eat pork and they deliberately send one with bacon again. Burger was really small which a 3 years old kids will finish 3 of these Burgers!. On the breakfast there was no labels on the food so you don't know what you eating and u have just to leave upset with no eating g anything I paid for! Spa ... Been told swimming pool and jym available 24/7. Went to the swimming pool at 10.30 they said is closed. Not just that they said is close for tomorrow too. Very unhappy with the 5 stars hotel they don't provide 5 stars service!

For a local run hotel, this one is more than suitable for an international traveler. I was impressed with the renovated rooms which has all the amenities as a intl chain hotel (Hilton level) at half the price. They even have a massage chair for you to wind down after a long day. Breakfast was also quite decent: mainly Chinese fare but with some Western offerings like pastries, made to order eggs, ham, sausage, toast and passable coffee. Hotel is near the subway station that’s 10 stops away from the Railway. About 20kms from Wu ma street. There are shops around the corner. Buffet breakfast was at Wyndham but food are just so-so. A bit disappointed with the limited food choices knowing Wyndham is somewhat a famous hotel. They don’t accept early check in. The suite room is not the same as the photo. The request for bed before booking was accepted but when we arrived, they don’t have extra bed so we were given a different room. Pool was also closed for the holiday. However, the staff William speaks English and was very helpful.
