This Wenzhou gem offers an incredibly healing and restorative experience. The environment is tranquil and peaceful, with a grand and stylish new Chinese design. The courtyard and water features exude Zen charm. The rooms are spacious and bright, equipped with high-end smart facilities. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom features a wet/dry separation and a huge bathtub, ensuring an extremely comfortable stay. The service is warm and attentive, with prompt responses from the butler. The breakfast offers a rich variety, with freshly cooked noodles and local Wenzhou snacks being particularly noteworthy. The infinity pool, tea room, and boat dock are all well-appointed, making for a perfect holiday atmosphere. Highly recommended!

My stay here was fantastic! The front desk staff were warm and professional, and check-in was very quick. The room was spacious and bright, decorated to feel cozy and comfortable. The bedding was soft and clean, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept really well at night. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to transportation. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again.

Highly recommend this hotel! The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly warm and helpful, answering all our questions. We traveled with our child, and the hotel paid great attention to kid-friendly details. They gave our child a pony balloon car, and there were special kids' slippers and toothbrushes. The biggest surprise was the desserts offered in the evening, like the tremella soup, which was absolutely delicious! We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in the area.

My three-day, two-night stay in Wenzhou was absolutely perfect! 1. For two adults and one child, the hotel provided two days of complimentary breakfast for the little one, which was very nice. 2. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, featuring Wenzhou specialties like 'pig offal noodles' (zhu zang fen), glutinous rice, fried rice, and rice noodles, as well as small seafood like pomfret and squid. Everything tasted great; the chef must be quite skilled. Among the many five-star hotels I've stayed in, this breakfast ranks in the upper-middle tier. 3. They offered complimentary desserts in the evening, which were also very tasty. Similar to point 2, the chef here must be very talented. 4. It's very close to the South Station, about a 10-minute drive. It's not very close to the city center, but precisely because of that, the price is a significant advantage. Similar five-star hotels in the city center are generally older and slightly more expensive. Trust me, the price difference is more than enough to cover taxi fares, and it's not far to popular attractions like Wuma Street and Jiangxin Island by taxi. Plus, the experience of a new hotel versus an old one is completely different. 5. Hotel staff always helped open car doors when we were getting in and out of taxis, making us feel right at home. They were always smiling. 6. The hygiene and environment were both excellent. In short, if you're planning a trip to Wenzhou, you can confidently book this hotel. I honestly spent ages comparing hotels before booking this one, and I genuinely recommend it!!!

My stay at the Vienna International Hotel (Wenzhou South Station Olympic Sports Center 5.0 Flagship Store) far exceeded my expectations! The exterior offers an open view of the river, and the surrounding environment is quiet and peaceful. The lobby's European-inspired, light luxury decor is grand and stylish, and the common areas are meticulously cleaned daily, creating an impressive atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with brand-new, easy-to-use smart facilities throughout. The bathroom features a wet-dry separation, and high-speed WiFi and HD screen casting are all available. The bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is excellent. The hotel also offers complimentary access to a gym, a self-service laundry room, and a large parking lot with charging stations, meeting all needs for travel, fitness, and daily essentials. The facilities are new and well-maintained, making it a very comfortable stay for both business trips and leisure.

I had a few hotels in mind, but ultimately decided on this one because it had just opened. It really proves that staying in a new place rather than an older one is the way to go. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a commercial street and MixC shopping mall, so food and drinks are super convenient. The room has a great view, and the smart features are just perfect – they meet your daily needs without being overly complicated. Hot water for showering comes out instantly, making for an excellent experience.

1️⃣Because I'm a platform member, I received a free upgrade to an executive room. The room was large, the facilities were new, and it was very clean. The front desk service was excellent. 2️⃣There was no phone in the room to call the front desk; you could only use the TV with voice prompts. To call the front desk to order takeout, you had to turn on the TV to receive a notification from the delivery robot, which was very inconvenient. Also, the TV volume couldn't be adjusted, and I was always startled by the loud volume notifications when takeout arrived. 3️⃣Housekeeping was slow. I deliberately stayed outside all day to avoid cleaning hours, only to find the room hadn't been cleaned when I returned. They didn't come to clean until almost 6 PM. When I asked the cleaning staff, they just said I had to tell the front desk if I wanted it cleaned. 4️⃣ There were issues with the coordination. Even though we had a free late check-out membership, the cleaning lady still knocked on our door asking if we wanted to extend our stay or check out. Even after I explained we wanted to check out late, she still said there would be an extra charge for the late check-out. I was completely confused. 5️⃣ Breakfast is from 7:00 to 10:00. We stayed two days. On the first day, we went at 7:10, and breakfast hadn't even started yet. We were in a rush to leave and missed it. On the second day, we went at 9:30, and breakfast was completely gone. We had to make do with a bowl of noodles. The steamed buns and bread were placed in an external insulated box, which guests had to open and retrieve themselves. Opening the box released a lot of steam, and the buns and bread on the inner side required manually removing the racks to reach them. There were no insulated gloves provided, posing a safety hazard and being unhygienic. The breakfast portions were small and the variety limited. There was only one cook also cleaning up. When we arrived, the table was covered in leftover tableware, and no one was cleaning it. 6️⃣ There is still a lot of room for improvement.

I highly recommend Platinum Cloudland! The room was meticulously cleaned, with no dust or odd smells in the corners, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. Breakfast was a delightful surprise; you must try the authentic Wenzhou glutinous rice, and there was a wide variety of dishes. The minibar offered complimentary drinks, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were friendly and patiently helped with any requests. The hotel is conveniently located near MixC, making shopping and dining easy. The well-maintained gym allows for simple workouts, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. It offers great value for money.

After some less-than-stellar hotel experiences in the past, I booked this place with low expectations, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The hygiene was impeccable, with no dampness or musty smells. The soundproofing was great, and the price was very affordable. It completely changed my perception of budget hotels. I genuinely recommend it.
