Absolutely loved it! 🤩 It's truly beautiful. The whole place was incredibly clean and tidy, and the kitchen had all the utensils you could need. Plus, the heating was super cozy 😌 and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend overall!

So friendly upon arrival, our room heater was already on, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. Staff were polite and courteous and the apartment was clean, tidy, very well appointed and there was nothing left to chance. Would recommend a stay.

This was our second stay at this self-contained villa. It's a spacious two-story unit with laundry facilities and a kitchen. The location is a bit out of the way and hard to find, but the Blue Mountains are a small place anyway. The cleaning was very sloppy; they didn't even bother to sweep the balcony before the next guest arrived. Clearly, they lacked attention to detail. The villa has also aged quite a bit since my visit last year and isn't being well-maintained.

This hotel is perfect for family trips. We stayed with my parents and booked a two-story villa. It was incredibly spacious and convenient for the whole family, really giving off a vacation vibe. Even though the hotel has been around for a while, it's very well-maintained. The environment is elegant and quiet, with lovely greenery and courtyard ambiance. What we liked most was the location – it's super close to the waterfall attraction, just a short walk away. We actually visited the waterfall twice during our stay, which made planning really easy. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations. It's highly recommended for families, those traveling with children, or anyone bringing their parents to the Blue Mountains for a holiday.

The Blue Mountain Waterfall Hotel was definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at during my trip. The room was like a small villa, and from the back door, you could see the entire natural landscape of the Blue Mountains. The room's amenities were complete and very clean. Plus, it was incredibly quiet; it felt like I was one with nature. In the mornings, I could even spot all sorts of small animals out back. Overall, the experience was absolutely fantastic!

The room was very spacious, and the environment and cleanliness were excellent. We stayed on the second floor and it was very quiet. The only thing to note is that you'll need a car, otherwise, it's not very convenient. Only Wentworth Falls is within walking distance; it's quite a distance from the town, but a very short drive, about ten minutes or so.

Better than expected. Very clean. Functional. Close to trailheads. Very nice. Would definitely come back.

The room was spacious and the environment was pleasant. It had a large bathtub, perfect for soaking and unwinding after a hike. The staff were very enthusiastic and there was a private parking spot right downstairs. The only downside is that if you have a lot of luggage and your room is on the second floor, as it's a villa, there's no elevator, so carrying everything up can be a bit of a struggle.

The environment is great. Facilities are okay, but the service is average.

They charge merchant fees of $12.59 in addition to $629.09 which was the agreed amount at the time of booking. No mention of this charge anywhere on the booking page. The employee left the reception before 17:00 and was unavailable for service inquiry. Apart from this, the retreat was beautiful and facility was clean.

Quiet place for a perfect retreat.  Easy location to get around by car.  Need to climb up a few stairs to get to the apartment not easily assesible for wheelchair or very limited disabilities.

The studio's online photos don't capture its true charm - it's a lovely, self-contained unit. Our stay began with a delightful surprise: a curious cockatoo visited our pantry window, charming us with its intelligence and patience for treats. The studio's location is also a highlight, with the majestic Wentworth Falls just a short walk away - definitely worth a visit! However, our experience was slightly marred on the second night by strong winds that caused a power outage, leaving us in the dark with dead phone batteries and no torch.

The hotel felt more like a guesthouse with minimal services. The surrounding environment was beautiful, but the amenities were lacking. It's suitable for those with their own car; we didn't drive, so transportation was inconvenient. There were also no restaurants nearby.

Good amenities. Very spacious. Even have 2 jacuzzis,2 refrigerator,2 coffee machines. Bathrooms are clean but wardrobe closet is dusty. Spiderweb on the wall. Its not hard to find restaurant around although it is very crowded when we get there
