We stayed two nights on a road trip to Germany. Reinbek is located about 20 kilometers east of Hamburg. The suburb is well connected to Hamburg by road and S-Bahn trains, taking you to downtown Hamburg in about 20 minutes. The station is within walking distance from the hotel, which also offers free garage parking. The spaces are narrow and shared with the local library. The layout of the hotel is unusual, as it is located in a small shopping mall, but in general we found the hotel quite good and very clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the beds good. Safe was provided, but no coffee making equipment. Almost all television channels were German, and the reception of CNN was definitely not satisfactory. Our rate included a good breakfast and Hamburg Cards with a number of benefits such as free and excellent transportation on trains, buses and harbor buses within the central Hamburg area. Good hotel for a stop-over in the Hamburg area.

Rooms and facilities were OK. The bathroom was clean, but various floor tiles were broken. Breakfast was varied and with a lot of choice. The staff were friendly and premature. It is very cheap in the nearby motorway and you run about 10 minutes to the metro. A large shopping center is also very close. The Elb Philharmonic is reached by car in 25 minutes. Adult is the booked half-pension. There is no choice. Breakfast is good. There is no best review because it doesn't work with the Wi-Fi at all. I don't understand today that you can't offer a reasonable Wi-Fi in the room, in some ways. It's supposed to be a seminar hotel.
