JI Hotel (Wenling Wanchang Road Subway Station)

The front desk staff were warm and attentive. It's close to the subway station and the room was clean and tidy. I recommend staying at the Ji Hotel.

For 340 yuan, this is the kind of garbage I get? Seriously?

The rooms were spotless, bright, and very clean, with comfortable bedding. The owner was incredibly welcoming. We were a group of over ten people, and when we arrived, the owner had already picked fresh bayberries for us to enjoy. He personally accompanied us to the Shenxianju shuttle bus stop and even took us bayberry picking. It was truly wonderful, and all my friends raved about it. There's also a small stream about 200 meters away where the kids absolutely loved playing in the water.

Overall: Very mediocre. The room rate was 290, which isn't worth it for the off-season. This particular 'All Seasons' hotel was a renovation of a previous property. The room size was decent, but the standard king room I booked had no outdoor view from the window – no natural light during the day, which made it feel very oppressive. The gym was tiny, better than nothing, I suppose. The whole place felt old. It's livable, but not at this price point.
