We stayed for one night while touring through Switzerland. We had grabbed a room with two beds not realizing how small it was and in hindsight I’d recommend booking a larger room with one of the views since those look lovely on TripAdvisor. As we were there for one night it didn’t matter too much. Bathrooms are tiny in this room… kind of akin to an airplane. Good location downtown, nice staff. Breakfast was the essentials: cheese, meats, hard boiled eggs, coffee. We did dinner at the hotel and that was excellent - Swiss goodies like cheese fondue, sausage, rosti. Parking is across the small street, so very easy.

This hotel is on the edge of the mountain, flowing water flowing from the front of the hotel, the river on the back of the mountain is very comfortable. Just got off at the supermarket bus stop and walked about 300-400 meters. From Interlaken West Station, take 105 for about 10 minutes. It is very convenient. All hotels will give you a free bus that you can take advantage of. If you have a 3-day trip, you can take the bus one day and take the entire Interlaken. The price in Switzerland is really high. The disadvantage of this hotel is that it can't be cooked and was found to be fined 500 Swiss francs. Eating is the biggest problem. Almost a fast food in the town center is about 200 yuan. You can consider taking a bus to the second floor of the ost supermarket in Interlaken. It is cheap, and a person can eat enough 60-70.

This is the most comfortable hotel in France and Switzerland. The first is to serve the most Swiss, courteous, warm, thoughtful and comprehensive. At the beginning, the laptop couldn't even connect to the wireless network provided by the hotel. The hotel manager personally went into battle and went to the hospital. The hotel also offers a free city access card for in-house guests, free access to Interlaken bus, and free to play around Interlaken. The room is large and has a nice balcony. The hotel also offers a free underground parking garage. Hotel location is very good, very close to the bus station and train station, close to the supermarket, open the window to see the Jungfrau.

Don't live here if you are not physically fit. It’s quite far from the railway station. It’s a long downhill road, or you can take a bus. It takes an hour. Well, the last bus is at 6:30 in the afternoon. The boss came at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. To check in, the boss would be there from 4 to 9 o'clock, and check out before 10 o'clock in the morning. Then the location is in the valley, to see the fantastic angle of the hillside and climb to the train station. It takes a lot of energy to come and go. The bathing place is in the first button building. There are four or five places. The bed covers and quilts should be covered by yourself. The next day they are thrown into a box. At 8:57, I want to borrow a hair dryer. The boss got off work and played for a day. Come back up and down the stairs to take a bath and feel it yourself without a hairdryer. Breakfast is okay, suitable for backpackers, hikers, don’t come to enjoy the trip, the hotel next to the station is just over a thousand, and it’s really not worth saving these hundreds of dollars.

My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed here in February with a small group on a Rail Discoveries holiday. The hotel was charming, both the exterior and the interior - a real traditional chalet. The location a few minutes from the railway station with a very quick journey time to Interlaken was ideal. Our rooms - a twin and a single on the second floor with a shared balcony were small, but cosy and perfectly clean with good showers in the bathrooms. The view from the balcony looked down through the village but there were mountains all around. Rail Discoveries booked us an inclusive package so we enjoyed a very good choice at the buffet breakfast, a daily packed lunch and a delicious 4/5 course evening dinner with red or white wine or beer to drink. there were 2 menu choices published daily in the morning - meat or vegetarian. We are all vegetarians and I confess to having been a little apprehensive about what we would be offered. However, the food was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen is obviously supervised by a Michelin chef but I hadn't expected so much Michelin quality food. The presentation was excellent, the portions more than adequate, the variety great. My granddaughter, aged 15 has been known to be a little conservative in her choices, but I can honestly say that here she tried everything she was offered and nearly always ate everything too. As for the daily cheese board - I don't think that I will ever be able to eat cheese back home without comparing it with the superb local cheeses that were offered here! There was always water on the table and for those who wanted it the house wines flowed freely (during dinner service) and were of a good quality. I loved this holiday and would happily have stayed longer. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

We booked late and the available rooms were very limited at a weekend in the high season. We have received a room for our pleasure and everything has been well as planned (additional bed in the room, parking reserved). So we must not complain, especially because the cleanliness was very good, the bed was comfortable and the bath was large. All worked best as agreed. The establishment had come something into the years. We were really disappointed about the view of a high wall and a rusty shutter right in front of the room for a rather proud price, especially because we had expected a view of the eger or at least the next house. The Flair also corresponded to a city hotel in London rather than a mountain hotel in Grindelwald.

The front desk service is good if you communicate well. The environment is very old, this hotel has been in operation for hundreds of years, so the facilities are definitely not as good as the big hotels. The location is also in a small town, so the facilities are not too demanding, but it is convenient to go up the mountain by a small train. The sanitary environment is also average, and the hotel as a whole is relatively old. Breakfast was average and not delicious. The same price for the room gave us a gap of 2000 price! Just because one can see the mountains ... so it is still not recommended
