Bad Hospitality, old hotel, and Can’t be reached by car, not recommended!!

The hotel was excellent overall. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection. Located directly opposite the train station, it's incredibly convenient for getting around.

Travelled as family. Hotel is located very near to Wengen train station, Coop, Mannlichen skiing.. we enjoy our stays.

I absolutely loved the service from the front desk, especially the kind lady.

The hotel room and facilities itself was very nice and comfortable. Just next to the Wengen train station. Front desk service could be further improved.

The hotel is in a great location – close to the train station and cable car. You go on holiday in Switzerland and are only spoken to in English! Almost no one speaks German! The spa area is small but nice, and the opening hours are okay. The breakfast buffet (7:30-10:30 am) is okay, but if you arrive later, around 9:00 am, the selection is smaller, and once they ran out of bread! The room, supposedly superior, was a small, rather cramped attic room. It didn't even have a few hooks by the entrance to hang up ski clothes. Cleaning was average, especially the floor, which wasn't very clean. Rather poor for a four-star hotel.

The location was great. However, it certainly wasn't 4 stars. Cost pressure is high, and everyone is doing their best. Very friendly!!! I was shocked when I had to speak English in German-speaking Switzerland 🥹

When we booked, we specified two adults and one child, but there were only two small beds. When we checked out, we were charged more than 60 Swiss francs for the child. The room was relatively small, and the charity symphony in the square behind was intoxicating!
