Amazing place to stay in 🥹 and i would come here in the future if got chance just to stay over Location is in Wenchuan 20 mins drive to Earthquake memorial & 5mins drive to shimo ancient town They are very friendly and always do their best to put their guest in a very comfortable place & their other 2 furry host are friendly as well 🫶

Perfect
Lovely peaceful location on the mountainside. The owner goes out of her way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible with friendly conversation and great food in a natural environment. Great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. This is a place to relax and unwind. Like visiting an old friend. Unlike so many hotels that use fake photos to lure you in, this place is genuine in every way. What you see is what you get. We'll definitely be back again soon.

The room was very clean and spacious, with a huge screen and very comfortable floor heating. The owner was very welcoming, and the design was simple and elegant. The children loved it, and the underground parking was also convenient. This time, I went on a trip with a few friends and had a great time. Thank you to the owner for his hospitality and for the delicious food recommendations. We will come again next time ❤

had a wonderful and memorable stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staffs were friendly, approachable and always ready to help, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. What made the stay extra special was their warm hospitality during the Christmas season. They organised a lovely Christmas Eve dinner and performance which created such a festive atmosphere. We were also delighted by the thoughtful gifts provided by the hotel. A great touch that made the celebration even more memorable. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable stay and I would gladly return or recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to stay.

Good, not bad [Picking] Summer and Autumn Fruit and Vegetable Picking Experience: Very good 👍! Excellent! Great environment, but the food service is a bit slow. The heating is underfloor heating, which is very good. Suitable for families with children. It's also very close to the Ganhaizi scenic spot, just a short walk away.

The hotel is newly opened, the rooms are large, all the supplies are new, and the cleaning is very clean. It is more comfortable than the houses in the county. It is the first choice for self-driving. The breakfast is a farm meal with flower rolls, eggs, corn, side dishes, and porridge. It is very comfortable to eat.

The accommodation is beautifully decorated with the local art. The family running the hotel is very friendly and does everything to be helpful. The room is clean and cozy and even has a heated bed as the nights might be chilly. Overall a great experience and a recommended place, if you want to visit the panda garden.

The location of the villa is great! It’s just opposite Shenshuping Panda Centre, it took me only 3mins to walk over. They have the essential amenities as well! Breakfast is inclusive during my stay but the bonus of this villa is that they have a cafeteria which provides lunch & dinner, I understand some other places do not so it can be inconvenient. I noticed that some of the guests even ordered bento lunch so they can have it in Shenshuping, just ask any one of the staff in advance. One of the nights, I think there was a family who checked in. Their children were making lots of noise, I could hear the staff telling them to tone down their voices. I appreciated, it is very considerate of them as I was about to plug in earplugs they have provided. The weather at this period is relatively quite comfortable, I was afraid it was going to be hot since there are reviews saying there’s no air conditioning. But it was cooling and even cold at night that I have to switch on the heater in one of the nights. The most enjoyable part is that staff are very friendly and easy going, they really made me feel at home. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

What a wonderful day we had the owner of the lady the reception the people of the hotel were so caring kind taking us to the panda entrance and picking us up time and we couldn’t thank her more for her exceptional services. She was exceptionally friendly exceptionally willing to help exceptionally going out of her way to make sure our stay was absolutely delightful When we arrived. It was about 3 o’clock in the morning and she was down outside waiting for the taxi to arrive at the front porch it is an unbelievable service and excellence of Service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is willing or taking the time to go and see panda up in the mountains. This hotel should be rewarded and recommended by Trip.com above and beyond.
