I was constantly sexually harassed by Indians. Changing rooms was useless. There was an Indian in every room. The customer service changed my room card, but!!! I didn't stay for just one day. On the second day, I couldn't open my door or other public area doors (the card was invalid). I asked the staff, and he said he couldn't handle it. He could only open the door for me once. This resulted in me not being able to use the toilet or take a shower that night. I was afraid that I would not be able to return to my room once I went out. This was such a terrible experience. I won't stay here a second time.

First of all, the entrance is a staircase, so it is difficult to drag a suitcase. There was a Korean staff member at the desk, and he was very friendly. There is an elevator, but it is old, so I only used it to move luggage. I was on the 1st floor, so I felt like I was on the 2nd floor. There is a musty smell coming from the hallway. The desk in the room wasn't cleaned and there was food on it. The worst part was I never wanted to go to the bathroom again. There are two restaurants, but the one with a kitchen that we can use is the backpacker's kitchen, located past the desk. It's a little dirty here too You have to eat at another restaurant. The overall review is that the staff is friendly and the service is good, but it is very dirty.
