A beautiful hotel situated in the mountains near the Yunnan snubbed nose monkey centre. The staff were wonderful, really helpful with some small travel problems that we had. They were kind and attentive, yet discreet. Rooms were beautiful and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and we also were served afternoon tea with fruit and fresh biscuits and snacks. We also enjoyed our dinner here. Very recommended!

Pantian Pavilion is the highest rice-producing area in the world, and it is rich in black rice. The hotel was located in a Pumi village, and it didn't take long for it to be repaired. The chicken, pork and vegetables are all natural and delicious. They also tasted the black rice that is unique to Pantian Pavilion. The little bear took us up the mountain to pick up the fungus, picking wild fruits to eat, but unfortunately during this time there was too much rain and not too much fungus. There are walnut trees everywhere in the village, and the children have a great time catching fish and loach in the rice fields.
