First of all we are pleased that you appreciated our location and enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of our guest rooms with our comfortable carat beds. A renowned specialist company was immediately contracted to carry out the repairs. Unfortunately, not all the necessary spare parts have arrived yet. We can assure you that it is one of our top priorities that all elevators are available again as soon as possible. Regarding our air conditioning, the systems are being serviced.
