On a business trip to Weifang, I chose this hotel. It felt like coming home. I slept well every night. The hotel had a rich breakfast. The room was upgraded to a suite. Just in time for my birthday, the room also prepared small cards and small gifts.

It's so bad, don't be fooled by the renderings. There is a musty smell when you walk in, the room is small and dirty, and the air conditioner downstairs is roaring. The toilet was severely corroded and the size of the toilet and toilet seat did not match. The washbasin was made by carpenters and was old and out of shape. The decoration is worse than that of a hotel.

前台很人性，但有些冷漠，同事之間溝通不能體現職業態度。 都4202年了，作為濰坊90年代最好的酒店之一，老客户住個情懷，但是一些小小的細節做不好令人匪夷所思： 1、電視小的出奇，幾乎是個擺設。 2、停車場進酒店是A座，而前台在B座，客人肯定是開車到停車場，從A座進入需要拉着行李走很遠到B座前台，辦理完入住又要走很遠去A座的電梯，對於鍛鍊的人來講，走這幾步不算什麼，對於長途旅行的人來講，這很辛苦。下了電梯以後，沒有房間號地圖，要找很久房間。 3、套間內房門開關異響，在腳鏈處塗抹點潤滑油很困難嗎？兩個人休息，有一個人起來上廁所開關門嘎吱嘎響，影響另一個人休息。

這次來濰坊出差，酒店品質很驚喜。房間床品特別舒適，乾淨衞生。還送了果盤和風箏紀念品。早餐中西餐品種豐富齊全。工作人員很熱情耐心。挨着富華遊樂園，下樓步行就有很多飯店。推薦！

房間還不錯，帶着一個小寶寶入住，比較受關照，商務房升級到套間，環境好，設施齊全，方便寶寶休息。

本次入住東方大酒店的體驗非常棒。到店時已經接近晚上十一點，前台人員直接免費幫忙把房型從舒適大床房升級到商務大床房，房間寬敞許多。工作人員還貼心詢問這麼晚到有沒有吃晚餐，酒店提供免費的點心和粥品。進入房間後就看到工作人員手寫的歡迎卡片及水果還有柿柿如意的小禮品袋，非常温暖。離開時也贈送了本地特色的書簽。另外，本人離店後工作人員打來電話説發現有充電器遺落在酒店，也熱心幫忙郵寄到指定的地方。總之，東方大酒店位置便利，環境古典大氣，工作人員貼心專業，非常值得再次入住。
