Go out the hotel front desk and go up the slope to the Rigi cable car. It takes about 8 minutes to climb, so the transportation is very, very convenient! 🏠 Environmental facilities: The hotel is relatively traditional, not a star-rated hotel. It provides breakfast and has its own restaurant. The rooms are not big and some have terraces, facing Lake Lucerne. It is clean and hygienic. ✅Service attitude: The boss personally helped to carry the luggage🧳, thank you very much; the sister at the front desk was super nice, check-in was very smooth, and she gave Rigi's travel guide and introduced it in detail, including several routes up the mountain and how long it takes to walk. When I was leaving, I saw my earrings and complimented them on how beautiful they looked. It made me feel good for the day!

Very typical continental breakfast, and the breakfast staff is very nice. We are traveling with children, and the hotel has added a crib. The room also welcomes snacks and fruits, and it feels good. The hotel is close to the lake, bicycles are provided for free, and we can also walk around the lake. Although the transportation is inconvenient, the hotel also sent us to the pier for free by boat. The hotel has a swimming pool and the children have a great time. Overall, satisfactory! There is free afternoon tea🤗

The location of the hotel is perfectly beautiful and conveniently close to public transport. This includes the boats which go on various trips on the lake. Service in the hotel was very good and I would especially like to mention Kenny at reception who was happy to go the extra mile. The food was good and a wonderful breakfast buffet is served. The coffee was good, croissants and bread fresh, a wonderful selection of good quality jam, simply excellent. For those who wanted, there was even smoked salmon and on certain days, a glass of bubbly!! Would also like to mention the two ladies who run “breakfast” and keep things clean and fresh. Thank you.

Rooms and breakfast were in line with our expectations. The room was clean - the bath was something very narrowly measured. SPA was in any way good - some glittering plates in the outdoor area. But: When checking in, we were informed that the lift was out and no repair would be made at the weekend. We, both of us, were no longer very young, our room was on the 4th floor. We were offered help in carrying bags, but the staircase had quite criminally tight, short steps in one floor - not just ideal. I also noticed that the call button panel was expanded on all floors. In Parterre, the floor display is also expanded. After a short lift failure, the whole thing didn't look like - there would have been enough a sign, at least the main switch could have been turned off. I suppose the lift was longer defect, and will it stay for a while? At the departure, another guest told us that there had been a working staff lift. I think we were not told about it deliberately. I find this a conjecture. I assume it was not the fault of the receptionist - she probably had her instructions. In the hotel description you could have clearly indicated that the PP CHF 6 per day would be charged and the short charges would be charged directly in the hotel. Maybe it is somewhere - then, however, well to read. In all, the price was quite high - for Weggis probably in the usual framework.

The hotel is very close to Lake Lucerne, a 10-minute walk away, the room has a small balcony and you can see Lake Lucerne. Although the space in the room is not particularly spacious, the bathroom is a little spacious, but very clean and tidy!
