First, I am only doing this because I feel it needs to be addressed. I was tired after traveling 5 hrs to get there. When I got there, I was checked in by the front desk. I was given my room keys. I proceeded to my room, which is on the 3rd floor in the farthest away room. The room key did not work. When I went all the way back to front desk, the front desk person blamed someone else (as if that would make me feel better), gave me new keys and said if it doesn't work again, come back and see her. No, If I come back, I am not staying here. I would expect her to just apologize and suggest something in the future so that this does not happen to somebody else. She also really scrutinized my drivers license more so than usual. I stay at a lot of hotels and never had this happen. Didn't make me feel welcome. Otherwise, it was ok. But I won't stay there again because the front desk did not handle my situation well. Blaming other people in their org is not acceptable.
