I never leave reviews, but this was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. The room was dirty when we got there! Dust and hair in the bathroom & tub. Dirty floor with hair and gunk. The hair we found was mostly shorter and very dark, which is not the type of hair we have! Dirty spots on the pillows.
On top of that they took out a temporary $50 hold on the room for incidentals which we thought was ridiculous. Additionally our toilet didn’t flush normally for 2 days then at 5:30 on Sunday morning it decided to overflow. Luckily just before that I went down to get a plunger & extra towels just in case it overflowed. The hotel only had 1 clean full sized towel at 545am on a Sunday morning!!
Then the toilet overflowed, the plunger was not adequate to unclog a toilet! I finally got it unclogged by putting some liquid handsoap in the water. It flushed normal after that. About 30 minutes later, just before 6am we got a knock on our door asking if we were ok. I guess water was dripping into the room just below ours. On top of that there was no elevator in the hotel for hauling our stuff via cart up to the 2nd floor.
