It was an average stay hotel was clean and Everything was in order and working , My room was clean the bathrooms are a little small but overall clean for the most part and friendly. My daughter love the pool. But that's always the selling point for the kids. And I like to check out is at noon later than the other hotels in the area.

Hallway smelled like smoke and ****. To get to the eating area, the lobby, the pool and fitness area, one has to pass through an unheated hallway, which was very cold. A cleaning rag was left in my room as well. Unfortunately , I was not impressed.

They were hairs on the carpet in the closet. It was dirty underneath the bed. The maid came by at 8:30 knocking on the door. The people in the hallway from next door were loud and incessantly pounding on their door wanting to get in. somebody pounded on our glass window loudly at around 1 AM. Can’t bring hot breakfast back to the room. Only continental.

Totally disappointed as we were promised smoking rooms made our reservations 2 months prior as well! Then get there HUGE run around over that as told sorry our smokrooms are full?? The rooms wernt clean and front desk lady Very Rude!

The mattress in my room smelled. Badly.
The next door guest had a party until wee hours in the morning. Someone came up from the front desk 20 minutes(!) after I made a phone call (around 1:30am), but the party continued on as soon as the hotel employee left. They should have broken that party.

We paid for 3 nights and stayed all of 5 minutes. After being directed to go around back to access the room we were given we were blocked by a giant truck. Next thing you know at least 50-60 mattresses (wrapped in clear plastic) were being brought into the back door by hotel employees and the truck driver. Never a good sign. We then squeezed our way past to the room which happened to be the very first room to the left where the mattresses were being unloaded past. Stepped in, awful smell, low ceilings and not a clean bathroom. My wife went to the front desk to inquire about the mattresses and ask if there were a bed big issue and the response was “oh, we are always adding upgrades”. Horrific. Paid more than $700 (was told non-refundable) and ended up staying in Augusta.

rude front office staff, stinky, dirty, bad room selection, bathroom door falling off... Goes on and on.. all for 325 a night? got to be kidding me....
That said, restaurant staff was great, both in bar and for breakfast

Good place to stay. Accessible room semi conversion of standard room. LONG LONG walk for physically challenged. From elevator to rooms. Great chap on desk!

Horrendously out dated and unclean. Wall paper peeling off the walls, stained carpets and chairs, smells of smoke everywhere. Do not stay here!
