The beds are horrible... like sleeping on a rock with a thin blanket on top of it. No springs. No foam. Everything else was really good, but when you only sleep about 1 hour it taints your view of everything else!!

The smoke smell is really off putting. The decor is in need of an update. The fitness center has old broken equipment. The size of room can fit 3 pieces of equipment with about 10 inches between the pieces.

I was a little disappointed in the room. No microwave or coffee pot. They did give coffee vouchers, but establishment was not open before we left. They gave us coffee at the front desk. The room had plenty of space and was clean. It was fine for our overnight quick trip through Waterloo. I would have wanted coffee and a microwave in the room if I was staying more than 1 night.

Lovely room with a beautiful bathroom. The only issues were a very low-flow shower and noisy people in the adjoining room.

The room was very spacious, I enjoyed the sitting in the shower, ample amount of towels, I enjoyed the hot tube and having access to a pool and fitness center, bed was comfortable, free parking was great, and to leave with a free cup of coffee or a $1.99 off a specialty coffee was cool. I wish they had breakfast included to compete with neighboring hotels. King room for $108 was a decent price.

This hotel has potential BUT needs updating and a good clean. We got the jr suit so we could use the jacuzzi but the jacuzzi had a ring of scum around it and hairs in the sink. There was also a huge rip on the carpet and burns on the desk. The pool was very nice and the food was good
