Hotels with Water Park in Ho Chi Minh City

"As a tired traveler most people rely on the vendors to provide what you with your booking. You don't want to have to check out every detail to make sure it's there, even check list the bar fridge, you shouldn't have to do, cause as you know - you may not get a full listing of the contents of your bar fridge. The property manager, was prompt to letting me into the room but, seemed anxious to leave. The room had 2 bedrooms - which I didn't need. After being let into my room, It was late afternoon, with very little natural sunlight. I though maybe the sun shines into the room in the morning. Well no, the room overlooked a c- shaped courtyard and had very little natural sunlight. It was a cave with lighting.There was obviously at that point no city views nothing like the ad or my trip booking ad. There were dirty handmarks above the lounge area, the shower cubicle glass looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I contacted the property manager, who stated he was just the property manager and allocated the rooms as sent but, refused to recognise the mis-allocations even after showing pictures of the trip booking - which was obvious 1 bedroom, with city views. This place had 2 bedrooms with courtyard views. The bathroom window was small and in the shower cubicle - which opened to an outside area, but adjacent to a walkway and another window. The other window - other residences were using it to smoke and blow out the outside so as to not set off their smoke alarm. Unfortunately I could smell the smoke due to the proximity of the 2 windows. After voicing the incorrect room allocation( after a night) to the property manager ,and emailing/communicating via the trip app, he responded with a lack of accountability and blame with the customer, despite being asked for the correct room allocation. It was then raised with Trip.com - whom stated that refunds were unavailable and at the discretion of the leasing property. Evidently he was not willing to correct the misallocation. Trip was only able to offer a marginal compensation - which was appreciated. If the option available to the property states ” no refund available after booking” - don't take it."

"This apartment truly feels like a place you’d want to come back to. It’s clean, nicely decorated, and very cozy. The location is super convenient — close to the beach, restaurants, cafés, and shops, making everything easy to access. The host is friendly and very supportive, which made our stay even more comfortable. Definitely a lovely place to stay when visiting!"

"This is my fourth time here, and the rooms are still large and very clean. The customer service is good too. Downstairs is super convenient with plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment options. It's also a quick taxi ride to the city center. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town!"

"The apartment was clean enough by Vietnamese standards (they usually don't pay much attention to cleanliness here). The host was always in touch and sent instructions. The building is new, and the surrounding infrastructure is still developing, but everything you need is nearby. Sometimes late at night and early in the morning, I had to close the windows because of loud karaoke, but it wasn't a major issue. The host offered free apartment cleaning. The elevators were often busy, but the rooftop pool was fantastic, and there's a good gym there too. Overall, I had a good experience."

"Carmelina Resort is a beautiful, clean sanctuary perfect for those seeking a remote escape. From the moment you arrive, the staff impresses with their genuine helpfulness and courtesy, even providing a personal tour of the grounds and a refreshing passion fruit juice. The resort’s commitment to sustainability is a highlight; they grow their own produce in on-site gardens, which adds a special touch to the experience. Families will find plenty to do: there are three swimming pools (including a saltwater option), an indoor kids' club, and an outdoor playground that, while a bit dated, appears mostly safe. Children will love feeding the fish and visiting the pet rabbits. For adults, there is a pool table and family movie nights. The breakfast spread was a highlight of our stay, featuring fresh, vibrant produce harvested directly from the resort's own organic gardens. It featured an egg station and two types of noodle soup. However, it became very crowded and busy during our weekend stay due to a large two-day corporate team-building event. Since the location is remote, you are limited to the hotel for other meals, which can be expensive and offer a smaller selection. Note that weekends can get crowded with corporate team-building events."

"I had a really great experience staying in these apartments! Everything was clean, tidy, and working perfectly. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen even had oil, salt, sugar, and spices. A big thank you to the previous guests; we left some things behind too. The balcony offers a sea view. There's a GS-25 (supermarket) in the building, and a huge Lotte Mart is just a 3-minute walk away. The only downside is the expensive parking if you have your own vehicle. For a motorbike overnight, it's 20d; if you park and pick up during the day, it's around 5-10d. You have to pay for each exit. Cars are significantly more expensive. Otherwise, everything was excellent. We will definitely come back again, thank you, I highly recommend it!!"

"Clean apartment. Has everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. In the shower, there are toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shampoo. If I come back, I'll book here again."
