"First off, the hotel's location is quite out of the way. The road outside is like a highway, with a lot of fast-moving traffic at night, so be careful if you're out after dark. There's a convenience store across from the hotel at a gas station, but I didn't go in to see if they sell food. To the left of the hotel entrance, during the day, there are vendors selling stir-fried noodles, pad kra pao, rice noodles, and such. The hotel has a shuttle bus, but you need to book it in advance. The staff at the entrance are very friendly and helpful with luggage, which was great. The hotel itself felt very clean upon entering, with free drinking water and coffee available by the entrance. The main draw of this hotel is its excellent water park facilities, which my child absolutely loved. We stayed on a high floor, the 22nd, and the view was decent. The hygiene was also good, though the bathroom for showering and using the toilet was a bit small. Overall, it's great value for money, especially if you're traveling with kids, considering the price. We paid just over 300 for a king-size room for one night, which was a fantastic deal compared to The Mirage we stayed at the next day! All the staff were very friendly. The hotel has vending machines for snacks if you get hungry at night, but the selection isn't huge."

"This hotel is perfectly located right by Terminal 21, it's very clean, and getting around is super convenient. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's delicious. It's also not a long walk to the Tiffany Show, so the location is definitely a plus. In the evenings, you just head downstairs to the T21 night market, though I found it a bit pricey and the food wasn't great. The hotel is also very close to the famous Pattaya Sunset Rainbow Avenue – you can walk there in about 10 minutes, and that's where you'll find Pattaya Beach."

"The hotel is in great location also near the night market. We stayed here for one night the booking including water park ticket. I would say perfect Holiday for chill and relax nearby had amusement park. We got upgraded from superior tower wing to bungalow and the bungalow have the amenities only 2 bottles of water, 2 shower cap and 2 shower gel and 2 shampoo also 2 small and 2 big towels. The room quite old and the area of this hotel quite old. When you are check in need to deposit 1,000 THB for the card and when you check out will get the money back."

"Seriously, this place is amazing, no complaints at all. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street, and another one about a 5-minute walk away. If you head out at 9 o'clock and turn left (without crossing the road), there's an incredibly delicious and cheap restaurant down the street. The only downside is no air conditioning. Their Tom Yum soup with a side of rice noodles is to die for! (That's the restaurant shown in the last two pictures of the review.) As for the hotel itself, there are tons of facilities for kids, and the waterslide is really exciting. The rooftop pool is adults-only, but the wave pool downstairs seems perfect for younger kids. Pool floats are everywhere. The minibar is refilled daily for free. Breakfast is also delicious, especially the à la carte options. The game room was always occupied, so we didn't get to play much. They even upgraded us to a sea-view room for free, and the view was fantastic. The best part? It wasn't humid at all!!"

"I stayed here for two nights, both in a Deluxe King Room with Pool View. The room was 49 square meters, and rooms ending in '8' have one 1.81-meter king bed plus a sofa bed, which was incredibly comfortable and spacious enough for two adults and two small children. The hotel is right by the beach, next door to OZO Hotel. There's a free shuttle service to OZO (as they're part of the same group, but Amari is more upscale than OZO). Pros: 1. Super convenient location, just a crosswalk away from the beach. 2. The hotel has an adult pool, a kids' pool, and a water slide – I went on it 20 times, it was so much fun! 3. There's a Kids' Club with daily activities. 4. Excellent accessibility; there's a free, on-demand shuttle bus to the adjacent OZO hotel (same group). From OZO, it's just a one-minute walk across the street to Terminal 21, which is incredibly convenient. 7-11 and Chinatown are also just a five-minute walk away. 5. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. 6. The room was very spacious. The king bed could easily sleep one adult and two small children, and there was also a sofa bed that could accommodate another adult. 7. Plenty of complimentary bottled water. We were two adults and two children, and asking for extra bottles from the staff was no problem at all. 8. Great value for money. Even during Chinese New Year, it was only 1000 baht per night including tax. 9. No extra charges for exceeding the stated occupancy. My son is over 12 and my daughter is over 8, which, according to hotel policy, should incur adult and child breakfast fees, but when I checked out, I wasn't charged anything extra. Cons: 1. The breakfast restaurant was a bit crowded. 2. The balcony door and room door have very strong self-closing mechanisms. I was closing the balcony door with my phone in hand, and it got caught, shattering my screen protector. Luckily, the phone screen itself was fine. 3. A slight impact on sleep quality: the air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy, and the curtains weren't fully blackout. Also, the bathroom door is glass, so light would stream into the room early in the morning."

"A wonderful condo for families with children! An excellent pool. A neat, cozy park, small but beautiful. The apartment is quite spacious for one person, just what I needed. The furniture is normal: a microwave, stove, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner, everything is high-quality, everything works! The balcony and view of the pool are wonderful! Key entry, security everywhere, they patrol the territory day and night! Well done! The room also has all the dishes. It's quite clean, the shower works well. There are shops, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, and markets nearby. Thanks to the owner! Check-in and check-out were contactless. I liked everything. Thank you for everything! 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🥰🥰🥰🥰"

"Arrived at the hotel at 4 AM. I booked an extra night so checking in early the next morning was no problem. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There were two adults and one 8-year-old child, and they didn't charge extra for the child or for breakfast. The room was clean. Although the pool was small, it was perfectly adequate for a quick dip. We stayed for three days, and since we were out and about every day, this hotel was very good value for money. After being out for most of the day, we could come back in the afternoon and let the kids have a quick swim. For the last two days, we could choose a resort hotel for a purely relaxing stay. It's about a 5-minute walk to the beach, and also about a 5-minute walk to the terminal in the opposite direction. There's also a Ferris wheel night market about ten minutes away. It's close to everything, with plenty of massage places and restaurants nearby."

"The room was a good size, well-equipped, clean, and tidy, with 6 bottles of drinking water. It offered an open view of Pattaya Beach. Although the room faced the street, closing the balcony door ensured a quiet night, not disturbing sleep. Breakfast was quite varied, with a good selection of salads, vegetables, and fruits, plus homemade sugar-free yogurt. Hotel restaurant offers a 20% discount on food (excluding alcoholic beverages) with a membership card. The front desk, room service, and restaurant service were all excellent. The hotel's location is fantastic; turn left from the lobby, walk about 100 meters, cross the road, and you're at the beach. The main entrance of the hotel's courtyard is also very close to Terminal 21 and Big C supermarket, both within a ten-minute walk. Highly recommended for independent travelers!"

"I've stayed at LK Crystal Place before, but was shocked because all the rooms were fully booked on various websites. I thought I'd have to book elsewhere. However, I checked on trip.com and saw that LK Crystal Ville still had rooms available, so I booked right away. For those who don't know, LK Crystal Place and LK Crystal Ville are in the same group and the buildings are close to each other. You can walk to each other by checking in at LK Crystal Ville (should be Building 3). This time, the price was quite higher than booking at LK Crystal Place (should be Building 2). I checked in around 10 PM. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and seemed to remember me. They asked how many nights I was staying and provided complete information. There was a 500 baht security deposit (refundable after check-out). This time, I got room 4610 (Building 4, 6th floor), and breakfast was served at this building. I must say that there must have been a lot of Chinese tourists this time because during breakfast (breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM), there were at least 15 tour buses leaving the hotel. The room was quite nicer than the one at Crystal Place. The bathroom had a bathtub and the TV signal was clearer. The TV stand, refrigerator, and wardrobe look newer. There is a shower, hot water, and a bathtub (the advantage is that the wet and dry areas are separated). There is a hair dryer and other amenities in the room that are quite new. There is a kettle, coffee, and tea. The room seems a bit smaller than Crystal Place, and there is no sink outside the bathroom. Breakfast is a buffet, which is quite tasty. I like the rice porridge, salted eggs, and sesame oil pickled cabbage. There is a sign in front of the elevator warning Chinese tourists not to make loud noises outside the room (but you can still hear people talking, like they are arguing outside the room). Late at night, someone knocked on the door and tried to open it (it might be a Chinese person who entered the wrong room or came to see their friend in the wrong room). Things get chaotic when the Chinese tourists get off and have breakfast, but when the Chinese tourists leave, it is peaceful and comfortable. The swimming pool is large. Overall, this accommodation is okay, but if I have the chance, I would go back to the original building because it is cheaper, even though the TV signal is not very clear and the bathroom has no partition, so when taking a shower, water splashes out to the dry area."
