"First off, let's talk about the front desk. From the moment I checked in, the service was excellent. I mentioned it was my first time staying here, and the front desk staff immediately escorted me to my room to explain all the amenities. First impressions, full marks! The room itself was lovely, with a thoughtful tent setup. The mat inside the tent was very comfortable, and the bedding and pillows were great. The welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the complimentary mini-snacks and drinks were plentiful. All the toiletries, including those for children, were excellent. Now, for the service. On our first night, there was some noise around midnight. Staff were sent to investigate immediately. It seemed to be external noise, possibly from road construction, but the hotel's proactive response was truly commendable. They arranged a room change for us the next day. Although it did slightly disrupt our plans, their willingness to resolve the issue was top-notch, and we'll definitely stay here again. Overall, if you're traveling with kids, this hotel is a great choice for its environment, facilities, and service. Any request made to the front desk is promptly handled by staff. One minor point is the location. If you visit during a period with a lot of rain, it's not as convenient as the Venetian or Londoner areas since it's not interconnected. On rainy days, you're limited to indoor hotel facilities like the pool, as outdoor ones are closed. There are also fewer shops downstairs, making it hard to pass the time. We happened to be there during a typhoon, which made spending a few days in the hotel a bit dull. However, on good weather days, it's very convenient to walk to places or take a taxi. Be sure to allow extra time for the hotel's shuttle to the airport, as it makes several stops and isn't direct. Having a Don Quijote on the first floor is super convenient for grabbing snacks and other small items."

"This hotel offers incredible value for money! The French-inspired decor is absolutely beautiful and grand. Our room was spacious and bright. The hotel service was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. I really appreciated the bathtub in the room; the water even felt disinfected, which was a nice touch. The location is super convenient, with connected walkways to several other hotels, so you don't have to worry about sun or rain. Simply fantastic!"

"Excellent hotel, directly connected to Galaxy Macau, so no need to walk outside in the sun. 😀 The room was quite spacious and clean, with a view of the University of Macau across the way. To get to Rua do Cunha, you can just cut through from the Galaxy's Lukfook Jewellery. For The Venetian Macao, simply cross the road from the Crystal Lobby. To get from Rua do Cunha to The Venetian, just go up directly opposite Mok Yi Kei, there are parallel escalators so you don't have to walk as much. 😀 Everything at Galaxy is delicious and convenient, with options for all budgets. I even bought a Pop Mart limited edition fridge magnet that's not available on the mainland. Next time I'm in Macau, I'll definitely stay at Broadway again, it's so convenient!"

"The hotel boasts fantastic views, well-maintained facilities, and excellent cleanliness. The breakfast spread is impressive, featuring a wide variety including lobster, and hotel guests get priority seating by the window without queuing. The service was superb! We were upgraded to an Eiffel Tower view room, and they even presented us with thoughtful gifts, wishing my family success. Furthermore, the breakfast restaurant staff were incredibly well-trained, with enthusiastic attitudes and professional, polite communication. Knowing we had to rush off after checkout, the hotel arranged a late checkout and sent a dedicated staff member to our room to help with luggage storage. The service was truly attentive and impeccable. This hotel's zero negative reviews on Ctrip are definitely well-deserved!"

Andaz Macau – a vibrant lifestyle hotel rooted in local art and culture – is opened with Asia’s most iconic and advanced MICE destination, Galaxy International Convention Center (GICC) and the spectacular events venue, 16,000-seat Galaxy Arena. Andaz Macau will offer uniquely appointed rooms and suites and will feature a dedicated check-in lounge catering to large MICE groups, an Andaz lounge, a bar and restaurant, state-of-the-art fitness center and an indoor pool. Andaz Macau will bring the distinctive Andaz style to Macau, immersing business and leisure guests in a stimulating environment inspired by the city’s colorful heritage that is a blend of Chinese and Portuguese cultures. This will include the vibrant interior design, local tastes and aromas with a twist and experiences that will satiate the curiosity of inquisitive guests.

"This time, I chose the Andaz, part of the Galaxy Macau series, for my birthday trip to Macau. I picked it because it's a new opening and not an old hotel. I remembered passing by before and thinking the air conditioning was very strong and comfortable. I also wanted to visit the Grand Resort Deck at Galaxy, and happily, all guests staying at Galaxy series hotels get free access to the facilities, which is truly great value for money. My flight was delayed, so I arrived quite late. The check-in lobby is on the sixth floor. A few days prior, the hotel had sent an email asking for my estimated arrival time and preferred time for the birthday cake. Ms. Ophelia and Ms. Sophia at the front desk warmly greeted us. They were very sweet and detailed in explaining the check-in process, asked about our needs, offered itinerary suggestions, and even wrote down the facility operating hours for us. They also thoughtfully gave my child a gift of juice and biscuits, fearing they might be hungry, and gave us each a waterproof phone pouch to use while swimming. If you're traveling with children, you can request a kids' tent. Upon entering the room, there really was a kids' tent with pillows and blankets featuring the Galaxy mascot peacock. However, I didn't see the stuffed animals that some netizens shared in their reviews; I'm not sure if they were out of stock. The room felt a bit small compared to other hotels, but the children's amenities were very complete: a bottle warmer, a bathtub, and cute, high-quality cups and toiletries. Every evening, during turndown service, the housekeeping staff left small gifts like eye cream and lip balm, and on the last night, they gave steam eye masks, which was a special touch. There's a one-time mini-bar refill, which is a bit hard to understand for a four-night stay – regardless of the number of nights, it's only once. They provided two pairs of slippers and a gift box from Yeng Kee Bakery. Access to the Galaxy Kids Club and the Marriott Kids' Zone is free for two hours daily. The Grand Resort Deck is also free, but entering from the Marriott or walking there, or taking a shuttle to the 2nd floor of Galaxy, is a bit inconvenient. There are also too few changing rooms and no spin dryers, so it's a hassle to have to put on your swimsuit in the room before going. There's a welcome drink at noon, and from 5:00-7:00 PM, there's an alcoholic afternoon tea, but there are too few seats and too many people, with limited food choices. We opted to pay for breakfast at the Andaz Kitchen one day; you can just queue up to buy and enter. It was quite exquisite and delicious, but the dining tables were a bit small, and there seemed to be a shortage of staff, making table clearing slower. You can order coffee, tea, or juice at the table... Overall, the experience was good."

"Our stay was incredibly satisfying, with exceptional and proactive personalized service! Before check-in, they even provided beautiful drawing toys for my child. The front desk staff also kindly upgraded us to a pool view room and thoughtfully set up a tent for the little one. Every night, the turndown service was full of pleasant surprises, including delicious local cookies. We had some trouble with the TV casting, and the hotel's housekeeping staff helped us multiple times. One of the managers even noticed my child and kindly gave them a small doll, which made my kid incredibly happy! They also paid special attention to potential bumps and proactively placed protective corners on every piece of furniture in the room – a huge plus! Many luxury five-star hotels don't go this extra mile. During every encounter with the concierge service, staff members would proactively ask if we needed help with a taxi or if we needed reservations for restaurants. Upon check-out, another detail left a lasting impression: the staff member proactively mentioned that we could continue to use the hotel's swimming pool and children's play area even after checking out. This truly showed their thoughtfulness and sincerity. The newly renovated room was excellent, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, clean, and hygienic. Having stayed at many luxury hotels, I feel it's truly rare to find a hotel where every department consistently delivers such an outstanding service experience!"

"This is a top-tier Thai-inspired luxury hotel located within the Galaxy Macau resort. All suites are at least 100 square meters and come with a private 'Yuexinchi' hot tub. The 2800-square-meter Banyan Tree Spa has an excellent reputation. A sky bridge connects guests directly to the shopping district, and hotel guests also enjoy complimentary access to the Grand Resort Deck. The service is meticulous and the night views are delightful. However, the prices are quite high, the entrance is a bit hidden, and the children's facilities are limited, making it more suitable for couples than for families with young children."
